  1. Client Review should read 'Last Review' and should be 'Overdue' if not completed on time

    know your client, client review tab should read "last review" and if the next review is not completed on time, it should read "overdue"

  2. Link up with fixed index annuities from insurance companies like AVIVA, security benefit life, Allianz, american equity, ING, NAwal, LSW etc

    Link up values to run reports of all client accounts.. We have Schwab, fidelity, tdameritrade, now just add a few of the big FIA Insurance companies

  4. Indicate Source of Income

    It would be nice it you had an income section. You could have a dropdown box so that we could choose if it is social security, pension, deferred comp, income from divorce ect

  5. Group accounts by household

    Would like the ability to run a report of "Accounts by Household".. we do a lot of multi-generational planning and it would be helpful for assessing the family unit as a whole, rather than having to flip back and forth.

    The "Show family accounts" feature works, but that is only for individual contacts. We wanted to see all the accounts by household for our entire contact list. Thanks!

  6. Add Conversion Date under Important Dates within Accounts

    When Inputting Insurance policies under "Accounts", for the "Important Dates" section, there is no "Conversion Date", which can be different than "Close Date" for some clients.

  7. Manually link an e-mail to multiple contacts

    We need the ability to manually link an e-mail to multiple contacts. For example, if I receive an e-mail from a vendor, it is automatically linked to that vendor's contact record, but I also would like to be able to link it to the client record that the e-mail is talking about.

  8. History of Client Reviews

    Can we have a system that tracks the history of Client Reviews? Currently we have the option to input the first review, but I don't see how we can track what has been completed. Some clients will not meet exactly within a year (six months, quarterly, etc.) of the first meeting. It would be nice to enter in the reviews and then have the countdown to the next review begin based on the last completed review.

  9. Add columns to the Accounts Overview page

    It would be very helpful to have along with: Number, Company, Product.... to also have "Beneficiary" and "Insured." If these were available we could review over the phone at a glance and see which policies or accounts need updating. There is a big push for accountability for advisors to be sure the beneficiary designations are correct. This would also help identify insurance policies on children which are owned by their parents.

  10. Add an "enable reminder" feature for ALL dates

    Please add an "enable reminder" feature for ALL dates, just as there is for client birthdays. That way we can view other anniversaries and other important dates like "Client Since" date and "Wedding Anniversary" date, on our dashboards along side of client birthdays.

  14. add an option for mock training at desktop for downtime learning and trial

    Because this way you do not have to worry about losing or messing up information in your actual Redtail.

    when you terminate a client, their review date should be automatically removed so they stop showing up on the review date reminder

  16. Show Contact Details on all pages

    Right now, the "Contact Details" section only shows on the client overview page. Having access to this information on other pages (like the "Contact Card") is extremely important. It is a hassle to have to return to the overview page just to retrieve a Date of Birth or Tax ID. It would be so much easier to display this on every page, including the pages for each individual account. When talking with an insurance company while viewing the clients policy details, we need access to this information. It should be displayed under the contact card, just like it is on…

  17. allow us to see the person and/or team members who were sent a notification in the note record.

    When Redtail sends a notification, it is not evident in the client's note record the persons or team members who were notified. I like to know that others mentioned in the note, who may have a task, were notified. The only place we see this is the address line of the Redtail Notification, which typically gets deleted once we've reviewed the note. Once that happens, there is no proof (that I can see) of who received the notification.

  18. Backfill any information entered into Laserapp (back to Redtail CRM)

    Right now, if we discover some missing information, we have to go back to Redtail to add it, because if we add it in Laserapp, it doesn't update the CRM database. It would be helpful if it automatically backfilled into Redtail.

  19. Pull profile pictures from the new Social Media address links to use for a client's contact record profile picture.

    With the great new addition of social media addresses, it would be really cool to be able to automatically pull the social media profile picture over to the client's profile picture in RT.
