  1. Print Full Activity Details, Including Linked Notes

    Currently when printing an activity, only the portion of the description box that is showing on the web screen at that time appears. Additionally, the Linked notes are not printed out with it. If they are printed out with it, they are cut off and listed as (more...). We need to see all of the details surrounding that activity in an easily printable format.

  2. automation attended seminar

    Automation based on client attendance change to seminar. Once client marked as attended, the post event follow-up workflow commences.

  3. Add Automation Trigger for Account Status Change

    I want to know when someone marks an account closed in Redtail so it triggers a workflow that makes me clear out any account level UDFs and to see if that was a client's last account where it would then trigger them to be a former client.

  4. Action Send Email to Client

    Add an automation feature where once a step is completed, a pre-written email is sent to our clients (not us) with follow up information.

  5. adding mailing address to Personal Profile Form

    Add Mailing Address to Personal Profile Form
    We print this form to keep in clients physical file. Mailing address is more important to us then residence, but it does not print on this form. It would be great to have that added. It would also be very helpful to add memberships to this form. What would be even better is to make the form customizable!

  6. Please add more robust tax report capabilities

    Please add a way to run a report with all the "Estimated Tax Information" fields: Adjusted Gross Income, Estimated Taxes, Tax Year, and Estimated Tax Bracket.

  7. Open Activities from Today screen - order of Past Due

    When you choose "Past due" activities, it starts with the oldest, and separates them onto multiple pages. When you try to order newest to oldest, it only orders THAT PAGE, which is useless. I need to see my Past Due from the most recent to the oldest. There is no way to do that efficiently. You have to find your last page, order that page, work through that, then go to the next page and work through that. It's very clunky. Please allow ALL Past Due activities to be ordered from newest to oldest, not just the current page.

  8. View full contact name in mobile app

    I would like to be able to view the entire contact record when using the mobile app. Many of our contacts go by their middle name or a nickname and we need to be able to see all the information in the app, not just first and last name.

  10. Dynamic Workflow Due Dates

    In the old iteration of Redtail, the workflow due dates were dynamic and referenced when the previous task was finished. Right now, if one step is delayed for any reason, the next step in the workflow can be due in the past. This doesn't make any sense. Please include the options to have the time period in which they are due, reference when the previous task is completed.

  11. adding multiple contacts to an activity

    This is a duplicate of other requests but until you decide to pool similar requests......

    When creating a new activity can we please have the ability to add multiple contacts without having to save the activity and then edit it to add the additional names? It's a waste of effort!

  13. Add roles to the main page for a contact

    Instead of having the redundant "Servicing and "Writing" advisor on the main page under contact details, put the Roles in these spots. Because the roles are associated with workflows, It is important to have them in an easy to see place instead of on a random page that is easily forgettable.

  14. Enable/Disable Birthday Reminder

    You need to add way more automation triggers and activities that an automation can launch. For instance, the ability to be able to add or remove a birthday reminder would be useful. There are loads more that people have suggested, you just need to look.

  15. Confetti when workflows are completed

    A fun suggestion that my office and I had was when someone completed a workflow a little confetti burst came across the screen after you clicked the complete button. It always feels so good to complete a task/workflow that we thought having some confetti fly across the screen would be really fun.

  16. udf report filter improvement

    When I run a report for UDFs sometimes I want to see all values for a certain UDF, not just a specific value. I should be able to leave the bottom to boxes blank if I want.

  18. Advanced Search

    In the "advanced Search" filters, it would be most user friendly to include the ability to add parentheses around logical connectives to more intuitively command the account information. I'll give an example:

    I stratify clients into tag groups A Clients, B Clients, C Clients, and D Clients. There are several without any tag group, and I'm looking for a list of current clients not in Qualified Plans status, who don't have one of these tags. The Logical operand is easiest explained as:

    ( Contact-Status-Equal To-Client AND Contact-Category-Not Equal To- Qualified Plan ) AND( Tag Group-Tag-not equal to A-Client AND Tag…

  20. Why can't you provide a component of team notification that shows when you've notified a team member?

    Why can't you provide a component of team notification that shows when you've notified a team member? Otherwise, how can the user know that he or she has successfully accomplished that task? The drop down should have a component where the person(s) notified are highlighted.
