  3. Email Tracking

    All emails sent through Redtail should be able to be tracked for legal requirements. For now, only broadcast emails appear to get tracked.

  5. Telephone support and user feedback

    Does Redtail REALLY want feed back? Then have your telephone support representatives input the suggestions we make during our calls. I don't know why software companies insist that the user take their time to search through hundreds of previously submitted suggestions in order to make or vote for a suggestion. This approach is archaic and may have worked back in the day when your users were computer techs offering tech recommendations. But today the vast majority of your users are financial professionals like myself.

  6. add "all in one" funnel marketing

    I have used "all in one funnel marketing" from companies like Clickfunnels and Kartra. They allow you to set up automated ad campaigns that can include automated email and webinars and scheduling.

    Because Redtail has many of the capabilities already in their CRM, I recommend you add the final integrations and capabilities to allow an "all in one" marketing system.

    This would be a huge benefit to your members as well as a huge additional revenue stream for Redtail.

  8. Add spot to add Venmo, Paypal and other payment addresses in Contact Record

    It'd be great if in the same area that has phone, email, etc, there were a spot to add Venmo, Paypal and other payment addresses. Maybe under Social Media or as it's own category. Now I just keep track of this info under Important Information.

  9. Adding the most recent Notes listed to clients on reports

    As we need to track our interaction with our Senior Clients (62 years+) per the SEC, it would be nice to be able to have the most recent note come over on reports (ex: RMD reports, client reports by age, etc.) so that we can generate a report, show the last contact had with any notes that are entered and save for auditing purposes.

  10. Unlink Household Home Phone Number in Family

    I understand when you add a “Home” phone number into Redtail, it syncs that number with other contacts within the linked family.

    Per https://help.redtailtechnology.com/hc/en-us/articles/360022954374-Shared-Family-Contact-Card-Info

    However, the problem is when you try to sync Redtail to a form filling software such as LaserApp or Quik!, it uses the “Home” phone as the primary number on the form itself. This is not ideal if the household does not have a landline phone or uses their “Mobile” phone as primary.

  11. Make Documents Custom Categories editable.

    In the CRM Docuemnt Storage there are "System Types" that cannot be added to or altered and there are "Custom Types" that cannot be added to or altered. I would like to see the custom types be open to adding additional types to help with specific office needs.
    We have several custom types that would be beneficial to us and we could upload more of our documents to Redtail. One for instance would be "Beneficiary Tracker" where we could upload a document listing a clients accounts and the corresponding beneficiaries for us to quickly reference.     Right now, on the Redtail app we can only add a note by note category. It would be very helpful to also include note templates as an option on the app as well.

  13. It would be helpful to be able to run a report for both held away accounts and AUM accounts

    Defining the accounts that are listed as AUM under the Account types on the landing page of CRM would be very helpful for support that accounts are identified in CRM correctly.

  14. notes: notify user/team automatically

    in preferences I would like the option to receive notification every time a note is entered.
    Said differently I want to option set a default notify user or team so that people don't have to remember to select notify user everytime.

  19. Prospect Email Blast List - Add "Assigned To" Field to Quick Lists

    Please add an "Assigned To" field to Quick Lists so that each individual Advisor can send Email Blasts to their Prospects (Status = Prospect), rather than to the entire firm's prospects. Currently, there is an "Assigned To" field in Opportunities, but no way to carry this field to Quick Lists. Thanks!

  20. Timeline Update Search

    Given folks are working on a team through RedTail, it would be helpful that the TimeLine Update tab on the "Today" page have a search feature per user.

    This piggy backs on my other idea (will find or submit a new feedback report) that the links in the timeline should go to the actual activity, note, etc, instead of showing code which I do not find useful as an end user.
