new ideas for Automation Tool
Need to create an Added By condition in automation. I like the automation tool but I would like to create a rule where it allow any users that creates a new contact to automatically create a permission rule.

Email Templates by Roles/Folders
It would be nice to send email templates that are broken up into different folders ie., Sales Folder, Customer Service Folder, Operations Folder.
This way each role could find their email templates much easier rather than having to view every single email template in the system.

Scheduling
When scheduling an appointment in the Redtail calendar, in the Create Activity box, please add a reminder option (advance notice option) and a 'no' attendee option and ample notes section so that scheduling is more functional like the Outlook calendar.

Add riskalyze to main contact record
I was wandering if you could add the riskalyze score on the main page of a contact record? There seems to be plenty of empty space next to the clients nae that a small version of the Risalyze speed limit sign could go in.

Move the "Notes" link from the Bulk Actions list up a level so that it appears when you click on "Contact Options"
Move the "Notes" link from the Bulk Actions list up a level so that it appears when you click on "Contact Options" - otherwise you have to click on Bulk Actions then search for Notes. Since we always are writing notes to client contact records, this function should be easier whether it is for just one client record or a "tagged" group of them.

Report of clients on a given step in a workflow, then mail merge from report
I would like to be able to see all the clients on a given step in my workflow process. Then to be able to mail merge and send those clients a letter would be very helpful.

Default view option on Workflow screen
When I visit the workflow section it would be nice the default to our Team or User as the view, and then I can make adjustments as needed. Thanks

Notify of Opportunity Stage Change
When an opportunity stage is changed, a team/user can be notified of such through an automation template.

Vestorly
We are using Vestorly and they said they did all they could with an integration with you guys, but needs Redtail to do some work before that integration is complete. Is this something that is likely to happen at anytime in the near future?

Ability to set privacy settings to client account values
We are wanting to set privacy settings to Client Account Values. We We have multiple advisors that share a crm w/ privacy settings for notes and activities just for their team. The date base owner and admin have access to see all the accounts. This works great, except that any user can click on AUM from dashboard and proceed to see client name, account type, and balance. This is would be great to be able to set privacy settings to this as well.

Stop moving 'month view' calendar page after adjusting activities/ what happened to save/complete/new?
Every time I am in the 'month view' in the calendar and I click into an activity and click 'save' or 'complete' or any other option, when the task closes the calendar is automatically brought to the top of the page (the beginning of the month). It is incredibly frustrating having to find my place on the calendar again, especially when there are a large amount of tasks in a month, and I am nearing the end of the month.
Also, I want 'save and complete and new' option back. Why can I not create the next next task from…

In accounts we should be able to add a place to name the account and not just see the account number
In the account section, it would be great to have a place to put in the name of the account as opposed to just seeing all of the contacts account numbers.

Add Family Name Option for Businesses
Give the option to give businesses a family name (you could call it business name or something different but have it work the same). We often invite businesses to events with other clients and when we pull labels with family names, we have to go in and manually add the name of each business because only their address appears on the label. We also have several businesses where we may want to send it to someone's attention and could do that in the family name because if we do it in the address line 2 spot then the city/state/zip don't…
