Delete team should say disable team
There should be consistency with the verbiage being used in the CRM. When you delete a team it is truly being disabled, so it should say disable team, that would be more intuitive and consistent.

Enter email twice when entering new Users
As an Admin in the account I add users, and noticed that the email for each new user is only requested once. If an email is misspelled, there is no check performed by Redtail. If one did have to enter the email address twice, the system could alert Admins to any misspellings in one of the email addresses by giving an error message that the emails do not match.

Next available appointment feature
Next available appointment feature. Many of our advisors have consistent times when they meet with their clients (10:00am, 12:00pm, 2:00pm, 4:00pm). When scheduling, it would be very helpful to have a notification of the next available appointment rather than manually going through each and every week.

Retriever Cloud Sync - Contact Information In Description
It would be great if it also synced over the preferred phone number for the assigned contact. That way when the office schedules a call for me, I don't have to log in to know what number to call.

filter workflow by owner
i know you can sort by owner but I would like to see a FILTER by owner. seems like this would be an obvious one.

Ability to link in mass Profiles to Redtail Imaging Folder creation
I want to be able to select accounts in mass to add to our Redtail Imaging database and automatically create a folder under their name instead of having to manually enter every clients name in a new folder, and link the folder too.

ABILITY TO SEE CONTACT INFORMATION ON PRINTED ACTIVITY DETAIL
I print the activity detail page for our appointments in the office and place on the clients folder, I would like to see the contact information such as phone, email and address visible on the printed sheet under the Contacts Name, I am currently having to write everything in.

Option to sort "Notes by Contact" reports by client name
I'd love to be able to sort the "Notes by Contact" report by client names. That way when viewing you can see the notes/actives chronologically by client vs. just by date. It would be helpful to see all the notes pertaining to each client grouped together.

Workflow Overview With All Staff: Workflow User On Step Rather Than Workflow Owner
When I go to the list of all the active workflows that all staff are working on, I'd rather see which person on the workflow that the current step is on, NOT the workflow owner. The workflow owner being shown is especially annoying if that owner no longer works there. We review this list in a weekly meeting and it adds extra steps to have to open up a new tab to see which person is working on a step. This would be a huge help and add efficiency for us. Thanks!

When looking at a client, have arrow to scroll through each individual client
When in a client's information, have an arrow to scroll to the next client alphabetically. This way you don't have to back out completely to the main client screen to click on the next client

Beneficiary IRA Decedent's Information
Please put a section in for the Decedent's Information - Name, Birthdate and Date of Death so that it is easy to access when calculation RMDs.

Log out timing control by database owner-not user big security risk
Redtail has a massive security risk in that users control how long they are logged in for ,not the database user. If someone leaves a machine unlocked, they could stay active in redtail for 12 hours. Company policy is meaningless if we have o way to control nor even see the settings. Please get rid of all day log in or better yet give database owner control of that

Reduce bold size font in saved emails
Reduce font when saving Redtail email to Notes in CRM.
Whenever I type an email from the CRM email address and save it as a note, it saves it in a HUGE BOLD font. Can this be made smaller?

Delete or move to end of list
In this Feedback Forum it would be great if ideas, once added to the system, were moved to the end of the list or deleted from the list all together. This would make searching for like items a bit easier.

Would be a nice feature to exclude all day, or JUST show all day activities from reports.

mobile assistant link to multiple contacts
Is Mobile Assistant unable to link the notes dictated to multiple contacts? When speaking to a husband/wife I note both in the dictation but it only shows up on one record and I am having to copy it to the additional record. Waste of time!

Reoccurring activity to occur on the first business day of the month, etc
I would like a way to have a reoccurring activity to happen on the first business day of the month, quarter, etc.
