  1. Condensed Sign-In Sheet

    We have an event tomorrow for roughly 60 guests. The "sign-in sheet" is spread out to 6 pages! That can easily be condensed to two page. Many broker-dealers require sign-in sheets for client events. A simple table of attendee names with a signature line would be easy to create.

    I know we can do a custom export, however, doing so does not capture guest names, only the primary attendee name. A quick export to a CSV would be nice to have, and we can format from there!

  2. Activity reporting custom

    ACTIVITY DISPLAY. The most important information I need is WHO the activity is form. This is now at the BOTTOM of the activity display ( that I get in email) I'd like to be able to move this information to the TOP of the display

  3. Retriever for Tailwag error notifications

    Please add a visible error indicator in Retriever. Retriever for Tailwag needs to have error indicators. Autosync helps so we do not have to manually sync, however we can't tell if there is an issue.

    We cannot keep manually checking the error log, or checking both Redtail and Outlook to make sure it is working.

  4. Need multiple slots for annual reviews

    We have client's with multiple accounts that need reviews yearly. Most of these accounts were issued at different times and have different time lines to get changes in. There needs to be away to add multiple client reviews and deadline dates. This has been suggested before (not by me) but it is still not part of Redtail.

  6. Workflow triggers

    Workflows should be triggered by Type and/or Category Selections on new activities or existing activities, if the type or category is changed to the trigger criteria.

  7. labels

    Would like to see more preformatted Avery label types. Additionally label directory should be updated to reflect similar labels with different product numbers .i.e. 5263 is sized similarly as 8163.
    Would also like a merge to allow us to include return address and company logo in the formatting fields.

  8. Essential Updates to Copytalk Integration

    High Priority

    Either have all dictation come into Redtail or, at a minimum, all dictations that are done in Redtail via the Copytalker app. Currently, the only way to have all dictations come in is by having Copytalk setup the integration via the Legacy system, rather than Redtail Forms. However, the Legacy system won’t automatically link the dictation to a contact record, even if formatted properly or done via the Update Contact option via the Copytalker app. When using the Redtail Forms integration, dictations only come through if very specific wording is used, and the Copytalk transcriber tags it for…

  9. Fix automatic email triggers when syncing Outlook Meetings

    For syncing of Outlook Meetings (those that were sent or received), you need to find a way to fix the sync between the two systems. Currently, if the meeting is added or moved to the Redtail calendar in Outlook, in addition to the original Meeting request that was sent via Outlook initially, syncing it with Redtail then adds the Attendee to the body of the Outlook meeting, automatically triggering another email to be sent out. If you then link it to a Redtail contact, or update the Activity Description or anything else in Redtail, additional emails are automatically sent from…

  10. Viewing Profile Notification

    Let us see when a co-worker is viewing a client's profile. Kind of like how Google Word let's you see who is working or viewing a document. Except this will be for seeing who may be viewing the client profile. This can useful in case another assistant or advisor is working on a task for the client, or has valuable insight.

  11. Show number of items (#) on the calendar for each day

    It would be nice to be able to add a display of the number of items on the calendar for each day. The visual can help with motivation!!

  13. Redtail speak connects with phone providers

    Clients are going to connect with advisors anyway they want attempting to train them to use a number different from any other number is absurd. Redtail needs to find out how smarsh works once they replicate that functionality and connect the telephone provider data with redtail you have a winning product.

  14. Inactive clients Advanced Search

    Users should be able to search through the client database by date of last note entered, activity completed, or contact profile update so that we may sort our clients as active and inactive based on who has not been updated in an certain period of time.

  15. UDF Templates

    It would be nice if we could create templates for multiple UDFs to be added to a record at the same time.

    I'm sure there are other users who frequently input the same UDF's for different groups of clients, so having templates would be much faster than adding new ones individually (and hoping nothing was omitted).

    For example, we just started tracking the details of employers' benefit plans using UDFs so that we can quickly reference open enrollment dates, 401(k) match, Backdoor Roth availability, Custodian, SDBA window, NQDC availability, etc.

    While I'd much rather have a dedicated tab for business…

  16. Customizing Reports

    If we can select which fields show up on the reports that would be huge. For instance, When I run a "notes by contact" report, I want to select what fields show up the report.

  17. User Privileges For Client Account Integration

    Our office has two sides - an Accounting firm who are not licensed to view client financial account information, and a Financial Management firm that does. All of us use Redtail for a CRM and we are unable to integrate financial information into our database via Albridge, etc because some users are not cleared to view such client information.

    What if we could assign permissions or user privilege's to CRM users that allowed them to view a client's accounts and/or financial information?

  18. Allow to flag activities for today

    Because I share activities with my paraplanner, I need a way to flag activities that I need to complete for the day and to sort them accordingly. I am having up to 60 activities a day due to a large client base and this would be a most helpful feature.

  19. Contact by aum report

    There is currently an option to run an amazing report for Contacts by AUM however it will only allow you to pull up to the TOP 100. It would be great if we had an option to pull ALL contacts by AUM in the same manner.
