  2. Add option to download client content into Word doc

    When downloading/exporting information, add option to download into a Word doc instead of just the current options of spreadsheet or PDF. We tried to run a compilation of client notes/activities for a year-end recap, but editing either a spreadsheet or PDF was too cumbersome. If we had been able to download into Word, it would've made the process so much easier.

  3. Show Calendar when rescheduling an Appointment, Time Block, etc

    Let's face it, even the best laid plans change. Sometimes work from another client or project bleeds into your time block you allocated for something different and need to reschedule.

    The only problem is, when you click to reschedule, you can change the date and time to whatever you'd like, but you can't see your calendar! It would be helpful if your calendar popped up somehow so you can choose an appropriate time for your schedule

  4. In the app, show all recent notes from all clients similar to the web.

    I think the Andriod app is not very useful at all. I remote into my computer browser to open retail to see my client contacts recently. I should be able to do this on the go with my app.

  5. adding permissions - make it possible by user or advisor, rather than by contact record.

    It would be so much easier to add contact permissions by user or advisor. As mentioned by several other entries, adding one user at a time with 25 users to work through is not efficient. Especially with each new record and spouse!!!

  6. create a way to go into the client record after completing an activity from Today page or activity list.

    Sometimes after completing an activity, we need to stay in the client record. Create an option to save the activity and proceed to the client record instead of going back to the activity list.

  7. Customizable pages

    I do Medicare Insurance for a financial / retirement planner. 1. It would be nice if we could manipulate the boxes to ONLY contain the info that we need for each client For instance, the UDF's. I only need 6 pieces of UDF and not a whole list to go thru. So I would like to open all the UDF's in 1 box and then edit or fill in the info instead of opening the UDF list, find the one I need, click it, fill it in, save it, and then do the same thing 5 more times for each…

  8. Allow option to choose number of days visible on workflow tasks from home screen

    Current home screen shows only workflow tasks due that day. However, we need to see upcoming tasks, especially when then fall on weekends. You should be able to view 'next 7 days' or something along those lines. We utilize workflows quite extensively in our practice, and being able to see tasks that are upcoming would be helpful. Nobody sees what is posted on the weekend.

  9. Streamlining Workflow Outcomes

    When completing a workflow step with multiple outcomes, there should be a default outcome. For example, if completing step X can lead to outcomes 1, 2, or 3, then you should be able to select a default outcome (i.e. outcome 2). Right now I have to go in a select the outcome every time. Outcomes 1 and 3 that are used less often should be in the drop down to where they can be selected if needed, but I shouldn't be required to go to the drop down and select 2 every time.

  10. Birthday alert on Speak when texting client

    It would be nice to have some sort of notification when you go to text the client on Speak alerting us of it being their birthday. I know it shows on their Redtail profile, but we have gone to Speak and text a client and didn't realize it was their birthday until later.

  11. workflow filter

    We have 5 different workflow per advisor/office, it would be nice to have a setting where certain users can only see/start certain workflows, to reduce the scrolling and mistakes of choosing the wrong ones since you see about 20 of them.

  13. 'Auto Withdrawals' checkbox, etc. mz

    Select 'Auto withdrawals' (checkbox) in Update Account to show that auto-RMDs or other systematic withdrawals are active for this account
    Similar to 'Tax Qualified' checkbox in Update Account area, Add checkbox for 'Auto Withdrawals' that indicate that systematic auto-withdrawals are active with this account, or remind Admin to initiate an annual withdrawal (on a date). [a start date would be nice, too.]

  14. Speak invitation is confusing

    Clients are not accepting the invitation to text with us because of the verbiage on the invite. Clients think that they are joining a meeting and not just texting.

  17. Broaden Search Criteria

    It would be helpful to look up clients by SSNs, account numbers and phone numbers. Some clients leave messages with no name or when linking an account to a RT profile, we are only provider the SSN or account number.

  18. Automation Trigger

    Please add an "Activity changed" or "Activity updated" trigger event for workflow automations. We are integrated with ScheduleOnce so I am trying to have a workflow template attach to an activity if I change the type and category (I can only have it set to one type and category when the activity is created via a ScheduleOnce appointment scheduled.

    Another workaround could be the ability to manually attach workflow templates to individual activities but I was told that was also not possible.

  19. filter categories

    On the drop-down for categories on notes and activities, it would be extremely helpful if we could filter those by a specific word the same way we can filter attendees. We have hundreds of categories and to be able to type in "Distribution" and see EVERY category that contains that word would be a HUGE time saver!
