Client Review should read 'Last Review' and should be 'Overdue' if not completed on time
know your client, client review tab should read "last review" and if the next review is not completed on time, it should read "overdue"
The suggestion may be planned, but there is no timeline on this feature being added.
This suggestion is remaining open and can continue to gather votes and comments!

Competitors (Sales Force, ProTracker Advantage) have Client Review features as described in the comments. Please enhance the Client Review features to show those clients who's last review contact is outside of the selected range for that client (i.e., quarterly, every 4 months, every 6 months, annually, etc.). I agree with the others that this is a CRITICAL component for our practice as exceeding the frequency of contact expectations of our clients is an absolute must in our business. Thank you!

There *needs* to be a way to see missed/past client reviews- if one falls through the ***** for whatever reason (if you unexpectedly have to miss work for a week or two) they get rolled over automatically. This is a serious issue, and a huge flaw in the system. A missed review is unacceptable, they should remain in the system until completed, would also be nice to have a historical list of when the review is completed.

When completing an appointment, please give the option of updating the Review Date - and for the spouse as well.

VERY VERY SERIOUS ISSUE!!!
we need to see these right away. pop-ups on the dashboard & definitely in the client/contact record for approaching/overdue review would be awesome. -

I completely agree with Donna, below. We have had to stop using this feature and go back to our Excel spreadsheet. Nobody cares when the first review was, we care when the most recent review was done. Also the fact that the date rolls over automatically makes you lose track of missed reviews.

There also is an issue with the next review date whereby if a client never had a review done when the review was due, it pushes the date to the following year. For example, Joe Smith's first review date is 3/31/13 and his frequency is every year. If he doesn't do a review before 3/31/14, the next review date changes to 3/31/15. This has caused us to overlook these clients in our reports because they are overdue, but RT is not telling us that. Let me know if you need further explanation. Thanks.

Why is this not dealt with yet? I was told it would be under review well over two months ago..... argggggg.... so frustrating because this is an essential part of our business.

It is such a serious issue in our office - that I called Redtail about it. I was told this only acts as a "recommendation" and is not meant to be a standard feature..... But it is essential to our core business as well as compliance.
We should also be able to pull a retroactive list of clients who should have been contacted. The program does not allow for this either.
This has to get fixed fast otherwise, what is the point of this RedTail program?

This happens when you put any date in between 7-1 and 7-20 2013
7-21 makes the correction. It appears that it is somehow glitching off the current day -

Would it be possible to have small "check box" next to the appointment dialogue box (where you input appointment description) to check for a review, which would then put the completion of that date as the last review? (Once "Save and Complete" function has been updated)

This is a big issue in our office as well. People who go over the 90 day limit get dropped from the system.
It really needs to act like the "past due activities"...that is, unless it's complete it stays on the list.
Would this be an easy fix for the redtail admins?

You should just create an activiy instead of trying to change the review.

Please! This is driving us nuts!

I love this idea. I would like to keep the first review information, but the addition of "last review" would be most welcome.

Great idea, Josie. We do it in a similar manner, but I print the report on the 1st and the 15th of each month. We only have reviews scheduled on those particular dates each month so that we don't miss anyone. My boss then decided who needs a review now and who we can roll over. Great idea with the codes though..I'm going to pass that along to my boss. Thanks!

On the first of the month, we run a quick report of all clients who are tagged for a review that month. The advisor then goes through the list and codes it. C for call, R for rollover, AR for annual review letter to be mailed. This way we don't miss anyone for the month and it's all taken care of at one time.
