Add ability to link Activities to Workflows (by Contact Linked like Accounts). Should be able to link multiple activities and/or workflows.

Open Activities from Today screen - order of Past Due
When you choose "Past due" activities, it starts with the oldest, and separates them onto multiple pages. When you try to order newest to oldest, it only orders THAT PAGE, which is useless. I need to see my Past Due from the most recent to the oldest. There is no way to do that efficiently. You have to find your last page, order that page, work through that, then go to the next page and work through that. It's very clunky. Please allow ALL Past Due activities to be ordered from newest to oldest, not just the current page.

Full date display for activities
Please Please Please start using the full date and year, not just the day or month and day. It is so easy to get this confused when trying to sort out activities. Reviewing a list of future activities and past activities is my best way of getting an overview of what's happening, and I have to pause to figure out what date and/or year I'm looking at.

**Please don't classify activities as past due until after the end date**
If I create an activity that needs to be finished by the end of the month, it shows up as past due every day and I have to manually roll it over each day.
Use the end date entered when creating the activity to determine when an activity is "past due"
Or add the ability to set things up this way when creating an activity.

Organize task list
I would like to be able to move items in my task list around so they are listed in order of priority for my day. I know I can move things around in workflows, however it would be helpful to order my task list so I don't have to continually scan the list for the high priority items. Instead, I could start at the top of my list and just work my way down.

When posting a note or activity it would be helpful to have a save button near the text box so I don't have to scroll down to bottom of page to save.

schedule activity for last business day or first business day not just day of the week
I want to schedule a task for the last business day or the first business day of the month or year etc. Only being able to set the task for the first/last monday, tuesday, etc. could create the task a whole week early or late

Assiging multiple users to a task/activity
Prior to your latest release, we used to be able to assign 2 users to a task/activity right when entering the task. Now we have to enter the activity, then go back into it to assign a second person to it. This leaves room for error and makes what used to be a one step process, a 2 step process.

Dates on Open Activities list on client dashboard
On the client dashboard could you please list the date for that weeks activities. Once it gets to the current week it only states that day of the week. But when I am trying to confirm appointments and am in the clients account I have to open the activity to verify the date. I would be nice if the actual date is listed for all activities, even the activities that take place on the current week.

Searchable activities on Dashboard/Today's Overview
It would be good to be able to search Activities on Dashboard or Today's Overview to find particular activities for multiple clients (such as spouses or employees of the same company).

Activity report based on date activity was created
We would like to create an activity report based on the date the activity was created as opposed to the date of the actual activity. We would like to use this report in order to double check all the activities that were created each day and be able to look at a daily report of all activities added.

Notes and account(s) linked within an activity
Currently, when an activity that is linked to an account, has notes added within the activity, those notes appear in the notes section separately from the activity itself and the account which was originally linked to the activity is not linked to the note. I would suggest notes that are added within the activity get rolled up into the activity so there is one thread/history so all the separate notes that were added within that activity are bundled in one section with the appropriate account number linked to the original activity. Add a "Call History" log similar to "Email History"
Add a log for phone calls that can have an associated client, sound (call recording) file, description, and time and date. It would be nice to have this set up on the contact overview page so that an overly filtered report or search wouldn't need to be done every time. This would be especially useful to have on hand when a client calls so that no matter which team member or employee answers, they can quickly and efficiently see all phone communication with the client.

Update Repeat Options for Recurring Activities
Standard repeat options are missing.
For REPEATS MONTHLY, specifically when you choose "Repeats Monthly ON" you are given the choices of FIRST SECOND THIRD FOURTH LAST and the days of the week. In addition to the days of the week, you should also have the option of DAY and WEEKDAY. Which would allow you to setup these types of repeating schedules; FIRST DAY OF THE MONTH, FIRST WEEKDAY OF THE MONTH, LAST DAY OF THE MONTH, LAST WEEKDAY OF THE MONTH.
For REPEATS YEARLY, you should have the same options.

Activity Privacy Options- change default from Everyone or allow users to change default
The new Activity Privacy Option defaults to Everyone. Few if any databases are going to want Everyone to see activities or to see colored blocks on their calendar marked Private. That means thousands and thousands of changes to activity privacy display. INSTEAD, change the default to Only Attendees, OR, allow users to change their default.

Please add "Non-Qualified" and "Non-Qualified Joint" to the drop down menu, for when tax qual. box is NOT checked.
The drop down menu is active even when the "tax qualified" box is not checked. It therefore should include options for "Non-Qualified" and "Non-Qualified Joint." We should not have the sole options of using "other," or simply leaving this field blank.

When creating new activity, give users the option to make the "more details page" the default.
Currently, there are lots of suggestions for fixing the abbreviated activities dialogue box. Many users are unhappy with the multi-step process for assigning activities to other users, adding notes, etc. It's very inefficient and lots of users prefer the Leapfrog approach to adding activities - one dialogue box with all the details on one page. It was very efficient.
Maybe the best solution to making the process more efficient in Tailwag is to bypass the abbreviated dialogue box. There are two options.

Meeting Agenda's
More and More advisors are using a "Meeting Agenda" to effectively communicate with clients and prospects. The last CRM program I used had a tab, clearly visible, in all contact records called "Agenda".
So after any meeting, phone call, or anytime at all I could click on the 'Agenda document" and add any content I wanted to discuss with the client at our next meeting or phone call. Option to automatically rollover activity
It would be helpful to have an option when creating an activity to automatically roll activity over until activity is completed. This would be nice for an activity that we assign to an employee that we want them to see everyday until it's completed. It would be nice in a situation where we assign an activity to an employee and give them a week to do it. It won't fall off the dashboard after a day.
