It would be extremely helpful to have an option to either:

    1) Create a uniform calendar color code across an entire organization,
    or
    2) Copy one user's calendar/activity colors to another user

Currently, when a new user gets created, they have a default system color scheme. If we want to match them up with the rest of the organization, we have to go through them all one by one and change them to match. Kind of time consuming. What inevitably happens is the user will match some of the colors but not all, and then it starts to get confusing when an advisor looks at the receptionist's calendar and the colors aren't the same... Would be nice to have an easy way to coordinate colors across the whole organization.

It would be very helpful to have the option to (1) assign a global calendar color scheme to all users AND/OR (2) be able to copy one user's calendar color scheme to another user.

We want to coordinate colors amongst all users and don't see a simple way to do that currently. As far as I can tell, currently we have to go in and screen-shot the existing colors and then manually enter them one-by-one for the new user. Is this the only way?

We too would like to have the option to set a default preference of OFF/UNCHECKED for the Enable Birthday Reminders checkbox.

All our new contacts get added as Leads or Referrals, and only once they become a client do we want to be reminded of their birthdays. It would be much easier to go back in and check the box for the ones that become a client, rather than having to uncheck the box for all the Leads and Referrals we don't end up working with...

PLEASE also consider adding a Condition that checks for a particular Keyword assigned to a contact. Example in our case: On email change, if the contact has the email newsletter keyword attached, send a message to the receptionist to change the email address in the online newsletter system.

(BTW it's Constant Contact in our case. Would be nice if the email could be updated automatically through the Constant Contact integration but that's another issue...!)

    Thank you.

When designing a workflow, if I change the order of steps within the workflow by dragging and dropping a step, it sticks on the screen in the new order, but as soon as I change or save a task or step, it reverts back to the original order. It's not saving the new order that I want... ?!

It would be nice to be able to go to the My Workflow Tasks page, check a box next to a bunch of tasks, and bulk-complete them all at once. I realize this isn't a standard way of using workflows and could cause conflicts if there are custom outcomes associated with workflow steps, but here is how it would help us: We have an automation template that assigns a workflow to every new contact, reminding us to add permissions to the contact. I can bulk-assign permissions to them all at once, but then I have to go and complete each workflow, one-by-one, and it is very time consuming... Would be nice to do them all in one bulk action...
