    Better custom reporting would be great. Right now, it's very limited and challenging to perform what should be a quick easy task.

    As a follow up, I appreciate the following fix, but my eyes can't distinguish between the red and black icon. If the shared address/phone icons could also be bolded, it might help.

    v1.4.56 1/21/2016 * Added: fix for denoting symbol linking shared addresses on contact view, changes linked address map symbol to red. In other (clearer) words, for shared addresses their map icon is now red on the Contact Card, where on the original record where the address was actually entered, the map icon on the Contact Card is black.

    Linked addresses need to show up on custom export reports. And please bring back a visual cue or some kind of easy way to identity linked addresses. Right now, we have no way to tell addresses are linked until we change one. No notice that any other record will be changed.

    We also need to be able to export these linked addresses! Spouses address fields shouldn't show up blank on our reports. Having a workaround be to delete the linked address - which we can't identity without running multiple reports - and reenter it is not efficient, nor is it particularly helpful.

    RMD tracking in Tailwag would be extremely helpful. Right now, we have to store all of our tracking information in the Imp Info or on a separate spreadsheet. Clients can have 3 or 4 RMDs to track and it would be a lot easier if we could do it in the CRM.

    Plus, we could finally include all RMDs on reporting - like beneficiary IRAs where the client is under 70.5. The current RMD report won't include these type of RMD scenarios.

  8. In current RMD report, add date range feature, so we can pull every client who turns 70 1/2 within that current year

    This would be a great improvement. Completed activities should be sorted newest to oldest. Even better, add the sorting back to the columns and let users choose how we view completed activities.

    This would be great - Memberships should show up on that page with the dependent family. Clients have brothers and sisters and other family members that are not dependent. IT would be much easier to have ALL related people show up in one location.

    Also, designations aren't always a percentage, sometimes they are specific dollar amounts. It would be nice if the percentages didn't round to a whole number too. If we type in 16.67%, it should show that way on the accounts page instead of rounding every bene up to the next whole number.
