  1. opportunity filter

    We'd like the opportunity to save our filter choices so we consistently receive the data we are seeking rather than needing to re-filter every time we go to the opportunities screen.

    For example, at the end of 2019, we had opportunities that were pushed out to 2020 close dates. These were removed from the default view until you filtered to include those dates. We had to continually re-filter to be sure we weren't missing any of our current opportunities because the filter defaulted back to 2019 calendar year.

  2. opportunity archive

    We'd like a way to archive opportunities by year so the information at the top (Closed Won and Closed Lost) is for the current year only rather than since the beginning of time.

  4. in opportunity, show contact info when hovering over their linked name

    When on an individual opportunity allow the client's contact info to pop up when you hover over the name. Just like in an activity.

  6. Notify users that an opportunity has been added

    When and opportunity is created, users/assignee should be notified. As of now, the only way one would find out that there is a new opportunity is if they click on the opportunity tab.

  7. Opportunities needs to have way more fields

    Opportunities should include a field for "Product Type" as well as revenue for each product type as well as "Amount" for "Producty Type". If I want to track annuities and investments I do that in deposits and also revenue. If I want to track insurance I'll do that in terms of premium and also revenue. There is no way to do this presently. We should also be able to report based on Service Advisor and Writing Advisor as well as lead source etc.

    If I want to know who is referring me the most insurance and which sales person is…

    i.e. shown in notes on date of action.

  10. recurring opportunity

    Option to create a "Recurring Opportunity". This would be helpful for IRA/Roth annual contributions. Or any account that a client is adding an amount to on a periodic basis. Right now, I have a recurring "Task" but I have to create the opportunity each time in order to track it. Recurring Opportunity option would alleviate this double input.

  11. Opportunities should have at least 3 date fields

    Opportunities should have at least 3 date fields to more easily monitor, work on, filter, do reporting, etc. There should be a Start Date, Next Follow Up Date, and Closed Date. And the Next Follow Up date should generate a calendar reminder.

  12. Add option in Opportunity filtering to save a date range.

    Add option in Opportunity filtering for a saved Start/End date range that doesn't change.

    I am tracking several opportunities, some for more than 2+ years. With a new year changing, I can now only view Opportunities with a close date in 2019. Why should I have to apply a filter to those that are from last year, every time I want to look at them? If they are still Active, I should be able to see them without having to take time applying a filter every time.

  13. We would like to be able to customize the columns on opportunity reports (add/delete)

    Currently, the in place columns are not customization and only include a portion of the identifiers. We would like to be able to customize these columns to show additional identifier (ex. Projected Revenue, etc..)

  14. Add a Count of Open Opportunities to the Contact Overview Stats Bar

    it would be great if we could see on the contact front page how many open opportunities there were, similar to how the workflow, activities, etc statistics are displayed at the top of the overview page.

  15. Option to sync Opportunity Close Date and Target Date/Steps of Workflows

    If a workflow is synced to an opportunity, add an option to sync the opportunity date to any step or target date of the workflow.

    This could be a checkbox or option on the target date dropdown list ('sync with opportunity close date'). As many workflows are based on new opportunities, but not all, this would allow either the entire workflow, some steps, or none of it to be synced with the opportunity.

  16. Opportunities by Category

    I would like to run the report by name or if you could add a category column so we can categorize the opportunity by say aum, insurance, etc etc. and then you can run the report by category and by stage and get a really good idea of what type of business opportunity it is and where in the pipeline it is. That would add value to getting business done efficiently.

  17. opportunity referral tracking

    An opportunity should have a field that is Referral and that referral should be able to be a linkable back to a contact. At the very least, the opportunity should have a fillable text box for a referral like a contac currently has. I carry around printed opportunity lists as they are my lifeblood as a sales person. It' would be very helpful to know who referred me to that opportunity.

  18. Opportunity Final Stage Modification

    CLOSED WON AND CLOSED LOST is simply not enough.
    We need CLOSED INACTIVE and CLOSED LOST CLIENT
    In the conversion process from suspect to prospect to client we can customize the stages to our own desires but when it comes to creating the final tally, you take control and the end resulting two options of Closed Won and Closed Lost is not enough.

    Have Opportunity Notes export with the Opportunity Report output. Notes are a way of tracking relevant narrative about the opportunity, etc.

  20. We are finding an urgent need to be able to add URLs and UDFs to the Opportunities link.

    In order for us to effectively assess the opportunity and update/add information to the same, we believe the ability to add URLs and UDFs would be a great feature.
