Essential Updates to Copytalk Integration
High Priority
Either have all dictation come into Redtail or, at a minimum, all dictations that are done in Redtail via the Copytalker app. Currently, the only way to have all dictations come in is by having Copytalk setup the integration via the Legacy system, rather than Redtail Forms. Fix automatic email triggers when syncing Outlook Meetings
For syncing of Outlook Meetings (those that were sent or received), you need to find a way to fix the sync between the two systems. Currently, if the meeting is added or moved to the Redtail calendar in Outlook, in addition to the original Meeting request that was sent via Outlook initially, syncing it with Redtail then adds the Attendee to the body of the Outlook meeting, automatically triggering another email to be sent out. Workflow trigger by automation from outside RT doesnt link contact
This used to work. I have Zapier create activities that trigger workflows thru automations. Those workflows USED TO BE linked to the contact automatically. Since the API upgrade this is no longer the case.
Support says "This is because Automations are triggered by manual actions taken by the user. Items would require an additional 'touch' if created by an outside entity electronically such as Zapier"

Household Address - Marketing Pro
Please turn back on the ability for household address to feed over to Marketing Pro. I have review postcards that are not being sent out to clients if they are not Head of Households. Reviews are managed by the individual not by the household. Please turn back on the feed for shared address! The address for the spouse use to feed to Marketing Pro, but since Redtail changed this feature it is causing clients to miss their review postcards and emails. This is an essential part of our business. Otherwise I would have to manually enter HUNDREDS of spouse addresses.…

Transparency with Redtail Integrations
Would like to know what information is actually being shared with integration partners in API.
Would like to know potential exposure before synching data with a company that we barley know anything about! The more integrations the higher the chance our client PII data can be exposed.3 votes -
export a shared address to LaserApp
LaserApp - export a shared address to LaserApp - currently if the spouse or non-head of household is exported to LaserApp and a shared address is populated in the Spouse address it is not exported to LaserApp. If it the Primary Address it should update LaserApp whether it is a shared address or not. If there is an old address in LaserApp it populates the form with the wrong address - VERY BAD.

Pull "Proactive Surveillance" date from LPL ClientWorks
Redtail should be able to pull LPL's "Proactive Surveillance" dates from ClientWorks into the "Know Your Customer" fields in Redtail.

Orion reports requested in Redtail
When in a contact's accounts on the Orion tab & a report is needed the contact/account information has to be re-keyed in. It would be a nice time saver if the fields would fill with the contact/account information.

Copy Talk Note in Workflow Outcome
It would be great if we were able to use Copy Talk directly within Redtail Workflows. I would like to be able to dictate speech within the notes in Redtail outcomes. Each time you select an outcome and have the ability to leave notes, you could use the Copy Talk integration to speak those notes into the workflow.

mobile assistant link to multiple contacts
Is Mobile Assistant unable to link the notes dictated to multiple contacts? When speaking to a husband/wife I note both in the dictation but it only shows up on one record and I am having to copy it to the additional record. Waste of time!

Email Sequencing Workaround for FMG Integration
I am using FMG suite for email marketing and Redtail CRM for my contacts. Since we are a small RIA, sales force does not make sense for us. I image a lot of Redtail users feel the same. That being said, email sequencing is still important so that we are not sending email communications to people who are not engaging with us (and spamming them).
