allow us to see the person and/or team members who were sent a notification in the note record.
When Redtail sends a notification, it is not evident in the client's note record the persons or team members who were notified. I like to know that others mentioned in the note, who may have a task, were notified. The only place we see this is the address line of the Redtail Notification, which typically gets deleted once we've reviewed the note. Once that happens, there is no proof (that I can see) of who received the notification.

Redtail’s Product Owner has read the suggestion and there is some internal discussion needed in order to determine next steps.
This suggestion is remaining open and can continue to gather votes and comments!

The initial request was posted in 2013 and in 2020 internal discussion, I'd like to know where the status is as of 2022. This is an important feature for accountability purposes and a record that everyone can see so that people who say they weren't notified can see they actually were.

Is there any update on this? This feature will be extremely helpful for my team! I noticed that this suggestion was posted in 2013. What is the update? What is taking so long?

When you send a note to a team, it is important to know whether or not an advisor saw the note. Otherwise, we could just email them & copy the email into Redtail or vice versa. Please make it possible for us to see who the note was copied/sent to. Please make this possible!!!

PLEASE add this feature! And also add it as a notification for that user when they log into RedTail in the bell for ALERTS in case they miss their email!

This was a great idea in 2017, and it's still a great idea today.

Agree. Knowing who was notified when a note is entered would be great especially for teams not located in the same place. We have 4 users in 3 different physical locations.

This feature would be very helpful to confirm who receives the notification. Also, it would be helpful to confirm whether I did notify or not. Once in a while, I do forget to notify someone when I submit a note, it would be nice to be able to notify someone after I submitted the note. That feature can be used to remind someone again about a note I typed in the past.

PLEASE add this feature! So many times, I can't remember if I notified someone on a note or not. Or sometimes people are unsure if they were notified on something or not. We need to be able to see who was notified on each note to ensure they received the message.

When you notify a user of a new note, the user receives an email directly but there is NO REFLECTION of that notification anywhere in Redtail. Why? One would imagine that in order to be compliant and diligent, one should be able to see any note notifications. I am very surprised there is absolutely nothing in the system that records this action.

For Redtail CRM: A new note has been added. - Please include in email notification who is copied so that we know as a team who received the note.
