notes report filter
Please add the ability to also filter the type of activity. We can filter the category (review, acct notes, general, etc) but not specific activities. I would like to have a report where I can see the notes that may relate to the review category but only want notes for the appointment activity and not see notes for phone calls and others. I can run an activity report but the only notes that show there are anything entered in the description box, not any notes that have been attached.

Would like to see a report that tells us how many appointments were set and which user set them. This could be accomplished by simply using an Activity report that is already out there (Activities by Contact) and adding the activity's Created by and Created Date fields.

Annual Review Report
Can we get a comprehensive report to use for annual reviews? Outside of gathering information, a CRM should provide users of all experience levels a snapshot of the data that tells a quick story to address client questions and issues, train new staff, complete client reviews and quickly bring any successor advisor up to speed with the overall plan and purpose of service. You have most of the necessary content to accomplish this. If you could just neatly combine it all on the Confidential Personal Profile Report, you would have a very powerful tool.

Clients by zip codes charts
I would like to see and be able to have a list and pie chart for active clients according to zip codes. Easier and better to see what zip codes areas get our majority of clients. Better to target areas.

Narrowing Down UDF Reports
It would be a really nice feature to be able to utilize more than one user define field to narrow down a report. For example, searching by a UDF that is a yes or no value, then narrowing THAT search down by another filter.

Note Report
We would like the ability to format/customize the Note Report in Redtail. When generating this report the information displayed isn't organized in a way we'd prefer. We would like the information to display vertically as opposed to horizontally (ideally be able to flip between both views). Listing Contact Name, Note Added, Account Number, Note, etc) on the left side in a vertical manner as opposed to a header horizontally.

Automatically Create and Email Reports to User in Recurring Schedule
Save Filter in Activity Reports and possible automated report generation?
When we want to apply a filter to the "Activities by contact" report, we would value the ability to save a particular set of parameters for our filters that we can run on a systematic basis (daily, weekly, etc).Even further wishful thinking would be to be able to schedule this report to be run and emailed on an automated basis.

professional contacts report
I can now run a report based on professional contacts. However, when I send the results of that report to search (say, to send a broadcast email to all the CPAs of clients,) it sends the clients, not the professional contacts.

Add filters to UDF Reports
Add a column for advisor or the ability to add columns to the reports or a filter to allow advisor selection. I understand we can send to search, then do a custom export but those are extra steps that shouldn't be necessary..

Reports > Fiduciary > No Contact > Add Advisor fields
We are using the Fiduciary > No Contact report to keep on top of our client contacts in 2019. It is great to have this function available.
One problem is that we have four Financial Advisors... so this report is kind of overwhelming without knowing which client is serviced by whom. It would work much better if we could sort or filter by Advisor, whether Servicing or Writing. Or if you are going in the direction of using Roles, then the Advisor, Associate Advisor, and CSA roles. I don't really care which approach you use, just pick one!

Family Report
When running a Family report you can only do it on one client. Please consider a way to run a family report on all clients at the same time so you do not have to go to each client one by one to run the report. We would like to have one report that lists all family members for each client. When running a membership report some children do not have the same last name as their parents so they are not listed with the parent they are some where else on the report according to their name. Seminar Attendee Export as CSV
Add the ability to export list of seminar attendees as a CSV with information including their Redtail ID.

Contact Options - Reports
Hello. Please make a change to allow the Reports under Contact Options to be customized. It would be fantastic if we could custom select which fields we want to include in these reports. Thanks for your consideration.

Workflow Reports to include more detail such as complete workflows and outcome info.
The Workflow Report shows the current step. The workflow task report shows the current step and task but not the user/team/role assigned. You also can't see any completed info on the workflow task report. If you are managing an office and trying to review where multiple employees are on all of their workflows including what outcomes they've selected for certain steps, you have to go to each individual workflow and run the timeline report in order to see the outcome itself. Account UDF Report Filter Enhancements
It would be very helpful to have more filter options when running the account UDF report. I would like to choose the UDF but then make sure it only pulls open accounts. We like to keep the UDFs in closed accounts for the sake of record keeping.
