  2. Family Report

    When running a Family report you can only do it on one client. Please consider a way to run a family report on all clients at the same time so you do not have to go to each client one by one to run the report. We would like to have one report that lists all family members for each client. When running a membership report some children do not have the same last name as their parents so they are not listed with the parent they are some where else on the report according to their name.   3. View to see all activity on a Contact Record for certain time period

    Would be nice to see all activity (whether an activity, note, phone call, email, etc) by Contact for a selected time period. This would be particularly beneficial when returning from time away from the office to see a consolidated view of everything. Could just be a screen view, or report.

  4. activities by client category

    Please enable us to create a report that shows completed/open activities and workflows per contact category. Seems ridiculous we have to beg on a suggestion board for the ability to report on our own information!!

  5. duplicate contact report

    The duplicate report should have additional header choices such as social security number and Date of birth that way you don't need to go individually into those records to figure out if they are duplicates. Also once you combine contacts, they should not stay highlighted. The page should automatically refresh. It is a waste of time to manually refresh or to manually unclick each highlighted record you just combined.

  6. Account Report with ALL Fields and Notes/Activities associated with Account

    Please create a report that we can print (preferrably in pdf or word format) that includes ALL the fields we fill in on the individual account page in Redtail. Include the notes because we use this field to put in additional information pertinant to the investment or annuity etc. This report could be printed for client meetings without having to pull up Redtail in front of the client.

  7. Contact by state report includes work address

    The contact report of Contacts by State is including home and work addresses. So clients can be listed twice if they work in a different state. It would be better for this report to pull the primary address - which would be the state of residence for tax and licensing purposes.

  8. activities by contact report

    Please modify the Activities by Contact PDF report back to show Type and Category again. What is the use of having a filter to select several options if when you do the pdf report doesn't display both Type and Category.

    This report has gone backwards as now you have to select a particular Type & Category, run & print report and start all over again with the next Type & Category - not time efficient if you have several types & categories.

    Per the help desk, it has to do with the number of columns allowed on a pdf report.…

  9. Note Report

    We would like the ability to format/customize the Note Report in Redtail. When generating this report the information displayed isn't organized in a way we'd prefer. We would like the information to display vertically as opposed to horizontally (ideally be able to flip between both views). Listing Contact Name, Note Added, Account Number, Note, etc) on the left side in a vertical manner as opposed to a header horizontally.

  10. workflow report bulk actions

    Please allow bulk selection/changing/actions on the Workflow Report and Workflow Task report. For example, being able to select multiple and completing them all at once

    Rather than a spreadsheet I'd like a custom REPORT to PDF to showing Client Account details and balance and withdrawals and RMD and date for review with client

  12. Clients by zip codes charts

    I would like to see and be able to have a list and pie chart for active clients according to zip codes. Easier and better to see what zip codes areas get our majority of clients. Better to target areas.

  13. View all contacts in a generated report instead of only 50 at a time with multiple pages

    When you create a client report you can only view 50 contacts at a time with multiple page tabs. Instead it would be easier to view all contacts that fall into that report made.

  14. custom report

    combine elements of activity and notes reports to manage staff. we have weekly staff meetings to review the week. if we can see open and completed activities and notes for a client/prospect. it would tell a better story of what we did for this person without having to go to multiple reports. we would run this report weekly for everything we did that week

  15. Add "account source" column to Accounts by Status export to filter "manually entered" vs. "from feed"

    I would like to be able to filter all account by status "manually entered" vs. "from feed" once I export them to Excel document. Right now this column and option is missing. It is only available through RT reports, but it does not export to file.

    The Microsoft software used is out of date. The reports show up in Microsoft 2003 format, which has caused some issues with generating the mailing labels to print out on the sticker templates. I think the software for the reports needs to be updated.

  17. Add writing advisor to No Contact report filter

    We use servicing advisor to show who is the rep on the account but we use writing advisor to show who is responsible for the account. It would be useful for us to be able to run no contact report by writing advisor.

  18. Notes Report

    It would be helpful if we could print the Notes Report for a specific account for a client. Ex. If a client wants to talk about their IRA, we have to print a Note Report that includes all notes for all accounts, which requires us to search through the report to highlight the notes for the IRA if the client has multiple accounts.

  19. More Detailed Activities Report

    In Activity Report I can generate a report that shows completed appointments by advisors YTD and in the last 12 month. However - I need to identify the advisor the appointment was assigned to as well as the Avisor of the client (sometimes they are different) and the client type - A+, A, B or C. If I send the results to search and custom import it I will lose the appointment information.
