  1. Preset Feature in UDF

    Would love to have the a way to preset information within a UDF outside of just the title or "option" choices. We use UDF's very regularly in the office with the "any text" feature to allow for us greater flexibility of what information we want to add. We especially use UDFs for RMD or distribution information for a quick reference. I would love it if I could type in a UDF templates any text, the information we add regularly.   2. Ability to run a report on accounts with a specific balance

    There should be the ability to run a report on accounts who do not meet a specific required balance rather than having to export all accounts and filter them in excel. For example, it would be very convenient to run a report and find all accounts that are under "***" value

  3. Account UDF Report needs suffixes and middle initial for contacts

    I noticed on the account UDF report (and results) that the suffix and middle initial isn't present. As we have clients that we tell apart using the middle initial and suffix we need those to be visible at all times.

  5. Family Relationships Global Report - Bulk

    I see someone previously asked for this feature but the recommendation was at the contact level ("family report"). I would like to run this report for all of my contacts in bulk.

  6. filter by occupation type

    It would be helpful to pull a report for 'Referral By' by the contact type. For example, instead of listing the name of a CPA, just list 'CPA'. The same could be said for client referrals - once again, instead of the client name, just list 'client'. Furthermore, if it's a referral received from our company website, it would be nice to have 'website' listed.

  7. No contact report

    No Contact Report - The report pulls from Activities. Can it be all inclusive to include workflows and E-mail history? There are plenty of e-mail touches that do not require an Activity to be created.

  8. UDF Report result count

    When running a UDF report (or any) I want to see a count of the number of results at the top. Otherwise I have to export to excel to count quickly,

  10. UDF

    The 7/1/19 update changing the .pdf report printing to landscape vs portrait does not work for us at all! Plus on the UDF report we lost all the spacing and line breaks we carefully entered trying to make the report more readable. PLEASE give us the option on the orientation of reports and replace the spacing.

  11. Personal Profile Form

    We like the layout of the new Personal Profile Form/Confidential Personal Profile, however, the custom titles for Contact Information are not properly capitalizing.
    We utilize the custom fields as intended and have proper capitalization for client names, yet when we pull up the Personal Profile Form those titles are not formatted as we have them entered. We print these forms and have our clients review them to check for accuracy and not having their names properly capitalized looks unprofessional and poor on our part.

  12. Trim spaces at the beginning or end of data entered

    There are instances when someone inadvertently puts a space at the end of data entered. For example "Name " has a space at the end. When saving the data on the backend database table, trim any spaces at the beginning or end of the data to keep it clean and consistent. This will allow when running reports to have clean data.

  14. Account Owner Report

    Why is there no report that shows who is listed in the accounts screen as owner(s) of an account. We can get a report showing the contact the account is tied to but that is not helpful if we would like to see who the joint owners are on an account or if we have missed noting them as an owner. What is the point of being able to note account owners on the account screen if we can't run a report on them?

  15. Suffix listed on Profile Form

    I would like to be able to see Jr, Sr, or III for clients with children that have the same name. This would help with confusion when both the parent and the child are clients.

  16. CSV Exports Incorrectly Display Special Characters

    Some of our client have special characters in their name (such as ñ, á, é, í, ó, ú)
    When exported to excel, these are displayed improperly.
    Examples:
    ñ becomes √±
    é becomes é

    Is it possible for the .csv files to output as a .csv UTF-8 instead?

  17. activity report

    The activity report filter options has a box to check to show only activities that do not have a linked contact. It would be helpful to also have box to check to only show activities with a linked contact.

  18. management page

    As the manager/director of our firm, I would love a management page that would be a database for me to see big picture output like a dashboard overview, of my firm or producers pipelines, tracking of workflows for division, outstanding tasks, etc. a quick view for management purposes with the ability to drill down on a specific topic.

  19. Add data in Important Info section to Confidential Personal Profile page

    We use the Confidential Personal Profile page during all appts, but it is specifically helpful for out of town appts, where we verify the info with the client. We place data in the Important Info section that doesn't have a "place" specified on the Contact screen, but is data we use during appts or need to verify during appts.
