  1. Add Addresses to the Birthday Reminder Report

    The Birthday Reminder report doesn't allow for you to customize the columns, and when doing advanced searched for birthdays you also aren't able to add address as a column option. Having an address column would be very helpful for mailing out birthday cards. Thanks

  2. Issue dates should be filterable and exportable via account reports

    All account fields but especially issue date should be a filterable and exportable option when doing account reports

  3. If favorite contacts, why not favorite reports?

    It must have been a slow month for the developers when all they came up with was the ability to make a contact a favorite.

    How about being able to create standing reports that can be re-RUN instead of re-CREATED every time they're needed?

  4. Ability to filter 'Notes by User - All Time' report by date

    I would love the ability to filter the 'Notes by User - All Time' report by time period. That would be great!

  5. Contact Record Return To Report

    Is there a way to go back to a Report if, after you have ran the report, you click on one of the Contacts and then want to return to the Report? I just ran a Fiduciary report and then clicked on a Contact but didn't see an option to RETURN to the REPORT; the only way would be to OPEN the Contact in a new tab/window?

  6. large report export

    Time and resources need to be spent on upgrading the capability of your reporting functions. It is little use to me to be able to pull a report (activities by contact for example) that is 1000 lines long and then not be able to export it.

    Contacts to support are met with "make the report smaller" this is tedious, hit or miss and extremely time consuming and frustrating.

    It is amazing to me that such a powerful CRM cannot handle the simple export of data larger than about 180kb

    While you are at it, the ability to schedule the same…

  7. Quicklist Auto Update

    It does not appear that Quicklists automatically update as new contact groups are entered or when existing contact groups are modified.

    This would definitely be a time saving feature.

    Please let me know if this is in the works.

  8. add filters to contact by state report; active verses inactive etc.

    add various filters to the contact by state report; had to manually edit it. would be nice to have options to filter.

  9. Tracking Training Webinars

    It would be great to to be able to track what users watch webinars. We want our staff to better utilize the training that RedTail offers and create mandatory webinars to watch by certain dates. However, right now its more of an honor code if they complete the training since there is no way to track it

  11. Notes by Contact report

    Allow Note comments to be added to report by date outlined in filter.
    EX Original note date 07/14/17 Comments made on 08/01/2017 (notes report filtered for 7/24/17 thru 08/08/17. ) Though the original does not appear due to date filter,please allow the comment to appear in the report as it is within the filtered date range. AT this time the report only allows for recognition of the original note date.

  12. Activities by Contact Report - Add Servicing Advisor to Export

    Please add Servicing Advisor to the excel/csv export of the Activities by Contact Report.

    You can filter the visible activities by Servicing Advisor in Activities by Contact Report, but the export does not include the Servicing Advisor.

  13. Notes report by contact

    When running a notes report by contact, the notes displayed are in date order. When selecting the PDF option, it does not keep the order displayed. The PDF option should convert to PDF what is displayed similar to what a print to PDF would do.

  14. Custom reports showing specific meeting notes filtered by category.

    So I would like to see one report quarterly for clients including:
    Pedigree info 0 Spouse, kids, hobbies
    Opportunities
    Notes from our last meeting (not necessarily ALL notes
    Planning Ideas ( i created a Planning idea category for notes)

    Contact "Dashboard" Print Formatting - It would be great to be able to print a formatted report that contains the charts found under the Contact header on the main menu bar. Visually, they are well displayed but there is no print format option.

  19. Report of clients on a given step in a workflow, then mail merge from report

    I would like to be able to see all the clients on a given step in my workflow process. Then to be able to mail merge and send those clients a letter would be very helpful.

  20. Organizing Custom Reports

    The ability to create custom reports is great, but when everyone in a company/firm/organization can see a list of every custom report that everyone has created, it can get chaotic and unwieldy. My immediate thought on how to solve this is giving Redtail the functionality to create folders for custom reports. For example, you could have a smaller list of general use custom reports that a firm needs, then individuals could create their own folders to organize their own custom reports.
