Redcapture Fields
The information fields in Redcapture are set and custom fields are limited. Limits the usefulness of the data capture.
I think it would be a great improvement to include all contact fields in Redcapture to really allow a contact, especially a prospect, to fill out their own profile. Also, it would be of great benefit to allow UDFs to be included so we can capture information necessary for planning.

Is there a way we can add an inegration for fillable PDF's the same way we are able to send client contact information over to Laserapp?

Add Additional Fields for Zapier and Google Sheets
As of riight now there are limited fields that are being transferred from Google sheets to Redtail Via Zapier, I would love to have the fields such as email,address, phone number be included in the additional fields.

Zapier
Deleted or changed appointments don’t feed to Zapier. Therefore, when linking Acuity to Redtail using Zapier, the acuity calendar gets out of date since deleted or changed appointments in Redtail can’t feed through.
Please add support to send changed dates/times or deletions through Zapier to Acuity.

integrate RedTail CRM Calendar with Redtail hosted email
Our office uses both RedTail CRM and RedTail Hosted Email. Within the Email side, which uses an Outlook based platform, I am able to add calendar events and send / receive appointment invites. However, this calendar doesn't integrate with the CRM side calendar. This seems like an obvious feature to integrate. If an event is created on the CRM side, it should populate the email side calendar and vice versa. As such we could send / receive invites and have all calendars synced.

Delete dictation after added to note or activity
Our office is trying the mobile assistant application. When notes are uploaded to redtail, you have the option to save them but they stay on your homepage until you delete them. It would be great if they disappeared once the note was saved. Having to delete the note causes confusion if the note was saved.

Rocketbook note taking automation into documents or notes
https://getrocketbook.com/ is a fantastic way to digitize note's quickly and efficiently.
Currently, the only way to get these note's into our CRM is by using Evernote. Well, this is going to clutter up Evernote quickly, but it is worth the convenience or storing those notes easily.
A better way would be to add notes automatically through Rocketbook's API. Perhaps after the upload, we could tag clients or create action items??
Another option would be to give each CRM an email to receive note's with, and have the tagging options available from there.

My IT professional recommends VOIP partner, 8x8. I'd ask you to look into partnering with them for integrations. Apparently they are the most common and robust in the industry (according to their experience). We recently vetted the current 2 integrations - Jive and Intulse. Jive no longer has any kind of trial period, and Intulse is quite small and a bit of a risk for a major component of a big firm's operations.

Scheduling & Confirmations
A native self-calendaring option like Calendly or ScheduleOnce that has direct access to your calendar and a confirmation system like AppointmentReminder that automatically sends out an appointment confirmation via email and/or sms.

Albridge Feed Missing Company Name and Registration Type
The data feed into Redtail from Albridge does not map the company name that the account is associated with. Additionally, the registration type is not mapped. We have over 45,000 accounts in our Redtail database and adding this information on a per account basis is unrealistic.

Indicate note was added from dashboard
I would like for the ability to have dictated messages (mobil assistant / copytalk) show up in the client note section AND at the bottom of the today page so I know the file was inputted without having to manually check it. Maybe have a notation next to it that says filed.

Active Campaign
We would like to see a collaboration with an automated marking solution, like Active Campaign, that is updated with our Redtail contacts. We currently have to update our RT contacts and our automated marketing contact lists independently which is redundant.

eMoney Client Tasking
I would like to use the client tasking feature of eMoney, but I am told by eMoney support that because of my Redtail integration this feature cannot be used. Apparently, Redtail takes over tasks in eMoney and Redtail does not have a category for task assigned to clients. It would be great if this issue was resolved. Would it be possible to add an Interactive Brokers integration? Something to automatically pull information from Interactive Brokers onto Redtail CRM?

Retirement Plan Advisory Group™ (RPAG™) Integration
RPAG offers a retirement practice management solution. Because retirement plans are a significant component to some advisor practices, the integration between Redtail and RPAG would be a significant administrative time saver on setup (RT to RPAG for new clients) and ongoing management. I encourage RT to review RPAG solution for potential integration.
