    Allow an automation to be made for a Husband/Wife simultaneously, not just one or the other.
    Allow an automation to open a workflow for all linked contacts (Husband/Wife, not just one or the other.

    When a workflow is done, being able to set up an automation to detect when a workflow is done and assign another workflow to the client(s).

  4. Would like to have date on UDF updated when activity is completed, e.g., "Last Review Date" updates when "Review" activity is completed.

    We use UDF's, "Last Review Date" and "Next Review Date". Would like to have RT automatically update these UDF's when a Phone Review or Review type activity is completed.

    Please expand the options available for automation. Specifically around the following:
    1. Mailing address/primary address changes
    2. Assigning a certain workflow or task upon completion or assignment of another workflow or task
    3. Tag Group/Keyword Changes

  6. add a plug in for outlook so you can save emails to the client's redtail contact

    With Smart Office we had a plugin/ widget so that we could post an email to their contact page. You either had the option to do it every time for everyone or you could do it manually. You could also click a button and it would send any attachments in the email to their contact page.

  7. Workflow created from note

    Being able to automate a workflow creation when adding a note would be great. I am trying to create an automation that will not take any additional time to set up, but allow us to make sure nothing "falls through the cracks". It would great to add a note (with a specific category) that would create a work flow. Say we receive new account paperwork from a client. It would be nice to add a note on the client page that says "Received new account paperwork in the mail", and when that note is created, it automatically starts a workflow…

  10. Automation Triigger for Closed Accounts

    When an existing account is closed, we have certain things that we need to do--particularly if a client is closing all accounts with us. It would be convenient if we had more automation options, including one that would trigger when an account was closed so that we could update our records and our file systems.

  11. Add more Automation Triggers

    It would be nice to have the following workflow triggering event.
    1. Account Status Change - If an account is marked closed it would be great to trigger a workflow.
    2. Marital Status change - This would be nice to trigger a workflow any time a client gets married, gets divorced, etc.

    Completion of one workflow should be able to be a trigger event to another workflow. This would allow an automated bridge to connect related workflows.

  13. Automations IF conditions...

    Why are we unable to use any of the IF conditions across the different trigger events? EX for a trigger event of Activity Added, I can only use IF conditions that revolve around Activities. A trigger event of Contact Status change will only allow IF conditions revolving around Contact information.

    What I need is the ability to have a trigger of an Activity Added allow me to use IF conditions from Contact info, such as category, status etc.

    Summary: If the IF conditions are available in one instance they should be available in all instances it seems.

  14. automation opportunity - Change stage updates contact status

    Using the Opportunities section is tedious. To help reduce all the manual inputs, when an Opportunity Stage is changed to Closed-LOST, have the system update the contacts Status to the appropriate category. It would also be helpful to have lost inactive. It would be great if, stage changed to WON, trigger automation to update contact status to client.

  15. If conditions true options in automation

    Love to see more options in the "If...conditions true" lists.. such as:

    Category = (A, A+, B etc)
    Date of birth is equal to, greater than, less than

    So much more can be done with these automations!!

  16. Expand Conditions for Automating Permissions / Roles

    Currently, you can automate Permissions when a contact is added for users and teams.
    Now that Roles can also be also be assigned during the contact creation process, this should also be an Automation Condition option.
    For example, when a new Prospect is entered in the system, if a user forgets to assign the Permissions / Roles, then they can be automatically assigned based on the Servicing/Writing advisor conditions.

  17. UDF automation action item

    If a status is changed (already trigger), then an a UDF (YES/NO) would be automatically connected as an action item.

    For example, if status is marked as "client", then a UDF saying asking about Newsletter opt-in would automatically put "yes". Then you can change for the exceptions since most clients want your newsletter.

  18. Workflow automation to create Activities

    The ability for the Workflow steps to automatically create Activities that can be assigned to specific users/teams. Also, the next step in the Workflow would not start until all of the assigned activities in the previous step are completed.

    The way that we see Workflows is that they are the "big picture" step-by-step guide & the individual Activities ("Tasks") are the place for the instructions & notes of that particular step.

    This would also alleviate the head ache of having to check your Activities list & your Workflows each day & in the past.

  19. Automation that would Trigger Roles being Populated upon Adding Servicing Advisor

    Upon entering a Servicing Advisor/Writing Advisor in contact record, RT would automatically populate the Roles field (of the 3 individuals for that Servicing/Writing Advisor's team). It is double work now to enter Servicing Advisor/Writing Advisor, then go in and manually complete the Roles fields for every new client record entered.

  20. More Automation Triggers!

    Suggestions for things that would trigger an automation:
    1. Completion of a workflow (ex: it would trigger a new workflow to be added)
    2. Service agent changed/added (so if a contact is created without a service agent or the service agent is changed something could be triggered, like the adding of a workflow)
    3. Contact source is added or changed
