Also, wow. Suggested nearly FIVE years ago, RedTail responded THREE years later. At this time there's been 542 votes, 37 comments. They just made some workflow updates and this was not a part of it!?
I'm becoming jaded with this suggestion feature looking at this suggestion's (and a few others) history. I can't imagine how overwhelming reviewing all these suggestions can be...but honestly, how the heck are you guys prioritizing these?

An error occurred while saving the comment Anonymous commentedI was about to add almost the same exact idea. Most of the time our clients will have the same beneficiaries for their multiple accounts, so having to enter this info in for each account is cumbersome. I was thinking more to have a bene field like the "important info" on the main contact page or something like that. We definitely need to be able to allow listing of multiple beneficiaries. And we need more fields for bene's (as listed above) which should also include the account that bene is linked to.

An error occurred while saving the comment Anonymous commentedYES! Color/highlighting in both notes and activities would be SO nice, and it seems so simple and easy. Back in the day when I used an actual pen & paper planner, I color coded, highlighted, bolded, etc. I would still like that now. Especially as an admin assistant, where I put activities in for my advisor and I would like to draw his attention to something before he makes that call to a client as a 'for instance.' I don't even need anything extremely fancy, but just...so much yes to this!

The trigger event options are seriously limited, we don't find much use out of this system. Would LOVE to see this as an option soon. When an advisor completes an activity, an administrative assistant often has some follow up work to do, this would help hugely. Workflow integrations for automations would be nice too.
