Meeting Agenda's
More and More advisors are using a "Meeting Agenda" to effectively communicate with clients and prospects. The last CRM program I used had a tab, clearly visible, in all contact records called "Agenda".
So after any meeting, phone call, or anytime at all I could click on the 'Agenda document" and add any content I wanted to discuss with the client at our next meeting or phone call. Assign a Task to a client
I would love it if you add a new feature to your Tasks. This is the ability
to assign a Task to a client. Why? Often I give them a to do list, that is,
things they need to accomplish and when I meet with them later on, I want
to be able to ask them if they got those things done. How do I remember

Automatic Email or Text Message Appointment Reminders to Clients
Could Redtail generate a reminder email (or even text message) to clients 24-48 hours prior to a scheduled appointment? The reminder would be generated by the calendar appointment and be sent to the email or phone number within the linked contact screen.

Option to automatically rollover activity
It would be helpful to have an option when creating an activity to automatically roll activity over until activity is completed. This would be nice for an activity that we assign to an employee that we want them to see everyday until it's completed. It would be nice in a situation where we assign an activity to an employee and give them a week to do it. It won't fall off the dashboard after a day. And it would also be helpful when I assign a task to myself that I know I probably won't get done today and want…
