Turn off the Email tab on Today view
The email privacy issue is really significant. I'm requesting programers turn off the Email tab on Today view for all but me. Yes I realize that I can make all users Non-email Admins, but that completely defeats the purpose of paying to archive email on client history when the point is to share correspondence on client records across the whole team.
We have removed ALL team member email addresses (including mine) from Redtail to avoid archiving private emails on their records. But the Email Tab on Today view will still contain messages that are not intended for everyone.

email journaling
Our former CRM system Wealthbox allowed us to seamlessly journal emails from microsoft office once they connected. How come Redtail cant? Why is it so difficult to connect microsoft office? We would gladly pay to have it easier.

fmg suite email
Please add the feature to archive the emails that are sent out through Marketing Central like they used to in C2C through FMG Suite before the changeover.

making emails private
Would like be able to make an email 'private' so only the recipient gets to view its contents.
I can't believe such a feature doesn't already exist in this software, especially considering security requirements we must follow.

Have the ability to attach an email to another contact besides the contact that the email is sent to.
If I send an email to a company in reference to a client, the email is archived under the company. I need the ability to manually attach the email to the client also, so that the email will show up under the client. What I have to do now is create an activity, link it to both the company and the client, and copy the email to the activity - so it will show up in the notes of both the company and the client.

Email Templates and Attachments

We use email templates to send confirmation emails to clients and we have to drag a document containing map, agenda etc. If would be beneficial if we can attach the document at the template level42 votes -
EMAIL archive needs to be in real time to serve sales team not just service team
the email history needs to be in real time rather than 24 hour delay.... a delay like this is fine if you have already earned the account, just coasting, where my customer service person or myself might be leisurely floating though the accounts seeing who we can bless today but in a firefight, with another firm, trying to earn the account, the sales team needs to know closer to real time what was said and by who in email. Notes are in real time and no one questions why thats important so seriously, lets get this email archive current so…

Linking and emails
It would be nice to have the emails also show up in the notes section so you do not have to jump back in forth from the email section to the notes section in a Redtail contact page when reviewing a clients data. Also, it would be nice to be able to link notes you have already written (existing notes) to activities and opportunities while you are in the activity or opportunity. You can link them from going to the notes and creating a follow up, but you can't pull up existing notes when in an activity or opportunity. And…

Exporting Email History in Bulk Actions
Option to be able to export Email History in bulk actions.

Clickable in Email
When a notification is emailed, it should have a corresponding link in the email to click to take you directly to the task/activity.

There should be more features in the Redtail email template such as fonts and colors as in outlook,
It would be helpful to include similar fonts, type, colors and features in the Redtail email to match the features in outlook.

BCC in Email History
It would be really nice if when sending an email to clients using BCC these emails show up in the client's email history.

Allow more than one attachment when using internal email
Right now you can only attach ONE attachment. We should be able to attach multiple attachments when we are sending emails using internal email.

sync redtail hosted calendar and contacts
This suggestion was closed as completed, but nobody in support seems to know how to sync redtail hosted email/calendar/contacts with tailwag.

Why doesn't redtail connect work directly with redtail hosted email/calendars? It's really cumbersome to have to set up an additional microsoft 365 email to use redtail connect. Have a ##Greeting## email merge field to address a couple or individual appropriately
We suggest adding a place in the clients' basic info for a greeting and a corresponding ##Greeting## email merge field to allow both spouses' names or the individuals' name as you wish it to appear in emails.
We would like to send an email with a like "Hi John and Jane" or if the person is single "Hi John"
With current options you can only put in ##Firstname## and ##SpouseFirstname## or ##Familyname##. Be able to move emails to specific contacts -- for example -- i email the trading desk saying buy or sell -- they email me back saying trades completed -- I should be able to move those emails to the client record

Add additional fonts in broadcast emails
We would like to have a larger selection of fonts available for broadcast emails. A "signature" style font would be very helpful

Attaching an email to a client record (without the client email address included)
The ability to attach an email to a client record (for which the client is not part of the thread) would be extremely helpful, instead of copying and pasting into notes.

archive email
When we archive an client's email because they don't want to receive bulk email from us maybe the archive email word can change from blue to red to signal an email is archived.

Confidential Emails
Please provide a filter option to remove or hide emails to or from any domain at this time. For example, if a user is sending a confidential email - the correspondence will be hidden from everyone else but the sender.
