  1. Automation for clients prior to significant age

    Would like an automation that notifies us prior (60 days?) to a client turning: 50,55,62,65 and 72?

  2. Hold Time

    Rather than waiting on hold for however many minutes before a tech support associate comes online (today 12 minutes) have your system allow the caller to leave a call back number that will be answered in the same order it was received without having to remain on hold.
    Just a thought.

  3. add a plug in for outlook so you can save emails to the client's redtail contact

    With Smart Office we had a plugin/ widget so that we could post an email to their contact page. You either had the option to do it every time for everyone or you could do it manually. You could also click a button and it would send any attachments in the email to their contact page.

  4. Please work on the Automation.

    Either allow it to be customized or add many more triggering events.
    -Change in writing or servicing advisor to trigger a notification to that advisor.
    -Workflow completed should be able to trigger another workflow or notification.
    -A specific workflow outcome to trigger a new workflow

    and so many others.....why not just open the automation to all the categories offered or created?

  5. Add more Automation Triggers

    It would be nice to have the following workflow triggering event.
    1. Account Status Change - If an account is marked closed it would be great to trigger a workflow.
    2. Marital Status change - This would be nice to trigger a workflow any time a client gets married, gets divorced, etc.

  6. A Send Templated Email starts a worflow

    We use template emails a lot. It would be great if there was an automation that if a templated email is sent from Redtail it would kick off an workflow.

    When you send a invite to a contact, automate a workflow so you can keep track of the contacts that have been sent an invite and then update the contact once they accept the invite.

  8. Automation within a workflow based on outcome

    It would be helpful to setup automations based on a separate workflow outcome. For instance, we have an automation setup that starts our new client workflow whenever the contact is changed from prospect to client. Within that new client workflow, there is a step asking if the client signed up for full financial planning. If yes, there should be a way to automatically trigger our financial planning workflow.

  9. Add Opportunities as an Automation Trigger Event

    Adding Opportunities as an Automation Trigger Event would be helpful with developing and automating marketing campaigns as well as communication with support staff.

  10. Would like to have date on UDF updated when activity is completed, e.g., "Last Review Date" updates when "Review" activity is completed.

    We use UDF's, "Last Review Date" and "Next Review Date". Would like to have RT automatically update these UDF's when a Phone Review or Review type activity is completed.

  11. Workflow created from note

    Being able to automate a workflow creation when adding a note would be great. I am trying to create an automation that will not take any additional time to set up, but allow us to make sure nothing "falls through the cracks". It would great to add a note (with a specific category) that would create a work flow. Say we receive new account paperwork from a client. It would be nice to add a note on the client page that says "Received new account paperwork in the mail", and when that note is created, it automatically starts a workflow…

  12. Automation Triigger for Closed Accounts

    When an existing account is closed, we have certain things that we need to do--particularly if a client is closing all accounts with us. It would be convenient if we had more automation options, including one that would trigger when an account was closed so that we could update our records and our file systems.

  13. Know Your Customer Automation

    I would want to be able to automate the Know your Customer data. For example, if I log a note or complete a review activity, I may want it to update "First Review Date" in KYC, so the calendar tracker would align to my actual calls.

    Please add a "Is Blank" choice in addition to "Is Equal to" or "Is Not Equal to" this could be a powerful automation with some workflows.

  16. Workflow automation to create Activities

    The ability for the Workflow steps to automatically create Activities that can be assigned to specific users/teams. Also, the next step in the Workflow would not start until all of the assigned activities in the previous step are completed.

    The way that we see Workflows is that they are the "big picture" step-by-step guide & the individual Activities ("Tasks") are the place for the instructions & notes of that particular step.

    This would also alleviate the head ache of having to check your Activities list & your Workflows each day & in the past.

  17. An Automation for adding contacts to a tag group (syncing with retriever cloud)

    With Retriever cloud,
    We must sync contacts via a tag group.
    With R4TW we're able to sync contacts with a quicklist,
    quicklist are more beneficial since they update automatically.
    If there was a way to choose quicklist with retriever cloud, even better.
    If there was a way to set an automation to add contacts to a tag group, also even better.

  18. Seminar Automation Link

    I would like there to be an option for the trigger to be Seminar Created. In our office a lot of tasks are focused around our Seminars.
    More specifically, I am wanting a new activity to be created X days before or after a seminar is scheduled to occur and the activity needs to happen during X time.

  19. When using automation to trigger a workflow it would be helpful if that person was listed as the creating user in a workflow.

    When using automation to trigger a workflow it would be helpful if that person was listed as the creating user in a workflow. Currently it becomes a workflow but is unassigned. Example - if you change and address the address change workflow is triggered but it is not assigned to anyone because the workflow is assigned to creating user.

  20. Automations IF conditions...

    Why are we unable to use any of the IF conditions across the different trigger events? EX for a trigger event of Activity Added, I can only use IF conditions that revolve around Activities. A trigger event of Contact Status change will only allow IF conditions revolving around Contact information.

    What I need is the ability to have a trigger of an Activity Added allow me to use IF conditions from Contact info, such as category, status etc.

    Summary: If the IF conditions are available in one instance they should be available in all instances it seems.
