  1. Set up an automation so that that a message is automatically sent to clients on their birthday and on their anniversary

    send out an automatic birthday wish to each client on their birthday? I would like it to go automatically to the client on their birthday

  2. Trigger for more fields for Automation Templates

    Need to expand the options for triggers to include more than one field. We want to be able to trigger if all conditions are true but it only allows for one trigger event. We need to allow for more then one trigger event. For example, if the category changes and status changes then it triggers.

  3. Automation for Linked Contacts in Family

    It would be great to have the ability to create an automation for one client based on a change in another client's contact record. For example: a client passes away and their status is changed to deceased. Based on that change an automation would add a workflow to the surviving spouse's contact record. Since different tasks need to be taken for the deceased and the surviving client, it would be helpful if a workflow could be added for them as well.

  6. Custom Trigger Events

    To expand on a few of the other suggestions, it would be helpful to have more Trigger Event options in the Automation function. The ability to customize the Trigger Events would be really helpful as well.

  7. Automation templates & recurring workflows

    Please add the ability to automate templates based on time periods/dates. Right now, templates can automatically be applied based on certain actions (i.e. adding new clients). It would be a tremendous help to have the ability to set templates to automatically run every quarter (or other time frame). For example, I run a client invoicing template every quarter and the process can be automated by applying this template automatically each quarter.

  8. Add note added as trigger for automations

    In automations if you can please add an option under triggers for adding notes much like the trigger for Activities

  9. Triggers

    It would be exponentially helpful to expand triggers to include options related to office processes! (ie, 'appointment completed', certain activity added to a calendar, workflows). This would create a lot of efficiency through automating those processes, versus the automation related to data that is currently offered.

  10. default values for every field

    Kindly enhance the system where i can setup default values for many of the fields For example, if i want a particular team to be given access or notified most of the time, I should be able set that as a default instead of selecting the same every time i create a task or opportunity. Ability to select defaults should be provide to most if not ALL fields.

  11. Allow the option for automations to trigger on the scheduled date of activities rather than on the date of their creation

    Currently if you want to set up an automation that triggers by an added activity the only option is to have the automation complete when the activity is initially created. With this system it is impossible to set an automation up for a future date.

    I suggest that an option is made for automations to be triggered on the scheduled date of an activity as opposed to only allowing the automation to occur when the activity is initially created.

  12. Age Based Triggers

    I would really love to see the option for triggers based on age/birthdates. As advisors, many important financial events have age based triggers: RMDs, full retirement age, age 59 1/2, etc. To have a workflow or checklist automatically assigned when a client reaches specific milestones would be hugely helpful.

  13. Creating a "Prospective Client" contact should give you an option to automate an Opportunity

    When you enter in a prospective client's information, you should be able to check a box to make an opportunity for that prospective client. It would be nice to be able to have an automation for that.

  14. With automation workflows, allow custom naming convention of automatically generated workflow

    would like to be able to insert client name into the title of the workflow that's generated from an automation workflow so that all our automatically generated workflows don't have the same generic title as the template from which they are created.

  16. Add automation trigger based on COMPLETION, allowing delayed activity assignment as action

    Automation triggered by COMPLETION of certain activities/events. For example: The completion of a client review triggers an activity for a user 75 days later. The newly created activity is a task to call/email that client for their next review. The current method (creation of activity) does not account for delays and reschedules.

  17. Email Notification when a client turns 62 (i.e. becomes eligible for Social Security)

    Is it possible for Redtail to send me an email or somehow notify me when a client turns 62 (i.e. becomes eligible for Social Security)?

  18. develop tag group notifications

    Develop a way for users to be notified when someone is added to a tag group. There are many forms of action taken based on these tag groups. Some of these actions are only for new ones added. It would be helpful to know when new ones are added to tag groups.

  20. create a special reminder for important milestone ages.

    We are looking for a reminder specifically targeting certain ages, such as 62, 65, and 66. This would make it easy to pinpoint those ages that require specific attention. Thanks.
