chat
I think the chat option is a great feature, but it blocks the Account Balance totals when reviewing our client's accounts. Would be awesome to be able to move it to the left-hand side of the page or close it so it doesn't obstruct any data views when not in use.

Redtail Speak-add multiple clients into a chat
It would be fantastic to be able to add multiple clients (like a husband and wife) into one Redtail Speak chat (like a group text). Currently we can add multiple team members, but only one client.

RedTail Speak - Add a spouse to existing chat room
RedTail Speak - Need to add a spouse to an existing chatroom. Currently, you can only add internal team members to existing chats. It's be nice to add other outside members so we can have group messages and not repeat questions to multiple related clients!

Redtail Speak history for team members
Have the ability to see Speak history for team members in a channel, in a similar manner to how we can see it for clients in CRM.

Give Option to Minimize or Move Chat Support Icon
The new online chat support function within in the CRM is great. However, we should be able to exit, minimize or move the icon. I've already run into a few times where it covers up information (Created By/Created On) or just gets in the way. I end up needing to change the magnification on my screen in order to see the information.

Move the Redtail support chat icon to the left side of the screen
Love the new chat option (haven't used it yet, but love that's it's now a feature). However, it's a bit in the way on the right-hand side of the screen, especially when trying to view the "created by" & "created on" sections in an open activity. The bottom left side of the screen is mostly open real estate, why not slide it over there?

Imaging File View
Please create an easier way to view a file when clicking on the file link in imaging. Right now it's very clunky where it opens in the browser and we need to scroll down each page to move to the next page. I know we can download the file but I don't want to have to download the file each time I just want to view a file for certain information. Thank you!!

Redtail Speak
For the Redtail Speak, it would be great to integrate a phone number that the advisor is already using. Our clients have gotten used to texting our advisors at their current number, so it would be great to continue using that number.

Redtail Speak - Display Year Text was Sent/Received
Would like to be able to see the year a text was sent/received directly in Redtail Speak. We can see it in Redtail Speak History, but would like the year shown inside of Speak itself when texting.

Looking through all of these suggestions today, I clicked on "status" . I see 1016 received, only 351 reviewed, and only 8 answered. What is the purpose of this page if ideas aren't reviewed and considered?

redtail dog login screen pictures
When we log into our Redtail CRM we get wonderful pictures of dogs along with some information such as the dog's name etc. It would be great if we could also know what breed the dog is. That is information I would love to know!

auto-launch Speak upon logging into Redtail CRM
If both a Redtail CRM and Speak user, can you create a setting to auto-launch the Speak tab?

In Redtail SPEAK, allow a group message by contact's status.
In Redtail SPEAK, it would be convenient to be able to create a group message by a contact's status. So all "A Clients" I can send a group message to, for example. Having to individually select each client for the group message is too time consuming.

No "Invite" option for SPEAK. OR, increase the number of characters allowed in the invite message.
The "having to accept an invite to receive texts" in SPEAK is not helpful when trying to tell a client important information. Either removing the invite option- or making the number of characters in the first initial invite message unlimited. When limiting the character- if someone has not accepted the invite & we need to relay important information, we cannot do so with limited characters.

Internal Messaging (Stand Alone)
Is there anyway that you can take your current Redtail Speak system and make a small modification to it and create an Internal Messaging System with absolutely NO EXTERNAL capabilities? Royal Alliance will not allow us to utilize this feature due to the capability of the external messaging to clients. It would benefit my firm and many others who have the same or similar affiliations with this specific restriction.

Show when users log out of Redtail and use as an employee timeclock.
