speak window
Before the new version, the Speak window would overlay on top of the main RT page. Our company is largely remote and uses Speak exclusively for internal messaging purposes. We decided to use Speak instead of Slack specifically because we did not want to have another tab/window open. The new version requires us to open another tab for the application. Could we have the option to keep the Speak window within the same tab?

slow
Redtail is the only thing I use every day that is impossibly slow. Something needs to improve; I just hate trying to look at different days or weeks on the calendar. I literally wait for a full minute to load. And it seems to be getting worse. Please do something.

hover over client name and show preferred contact method
When hovering over a contact it'd be good to see the preferred method of contact bolded like in the contact card so we don't have to have to click in the contact card to see what the preferred method is.

employee
It would be nice to have a status option for 'employee'. This would allow owners to put information about an employee in the system for record retention. It should still have a setting to limit who can see it.

Select All feature for Broadcast Speak
I want to send a broadcast invite to everyone listed from our CRM that have not accepted a Speak invite yet. A great feature would be to have a simple way to 'select all' instead of clicking on them individually.

local desktop version needed to reduce calendar lag time
There is a long lag time to do anything on the calendar. It really breaks the flow. It would be great if Redtail created a downloadable desktop version which would avoid these issues.

Individual Tasks list that only you can see
There should be an individual task list on your dashboard that's only for you - no one else can view it.

Morningstar Data Syncing With Redtail
I would like to know all the specific fields that can sync from Morningstar Office to Redtail. Or From Redtail to Morningstar Office.

Radio button for selecting mailing address and physical address are the same
There should be a radio button to designate that the mailing and physical address are the same without having to list the same address twice. It would make the client profile in Red Tail cleaner to look at, and would properly pull the address if home address is selected or if mailing address is selected.

Please create and supply a printable company manual of how to use Retail. An all-in-one Manual. Where we can refer to it as the companies User manual with Our notes.

Token based Multi-factor authentication (MFA)
Redtail should offer other more secure methods of Multi-factor authentication when logging in such as RSA app token, rather than just the simple text/voice method. This method can be defeated using a SIM Swap Attack.

To be able to see phone numbers on the contact page rather than hovering over the name
Instead of hovering over a name, to be able to see phone numbers on the contact page like you do other information

Dark Mode - Google has this feature. White background becomes black to help eye sight.
Our office staff sits in front of a computer 8-10 hours a day. White background is brighter and causes more strain/fatigue in eyesight. A "dark mode" would help minimize that feeling/strain.

Personal Profile Form
The personal profile form has the potential to be a really useful tool when verifying personal info changes/updates with clients. So far I have found the account numbers to be inaccurate with inactive account numbers, which would be great to get fixed. Additionally if beneficiaries could be listed with their respective accounts it would make the process of finding all this info more efficient and allow staff to be more productive in other aspects all together.

Redtail Speak Delete or Hide messages
We really need a way to hide or delete or mark as complete interoffice messages sent through Redtail Speak. Even client messages would be helpful to mark that they have been dealt with in some way.

Create a New Hire Onboarding Dashboard
In recruiting, you need to know everyday where you new hires are within the Onboarding Process. Redtail does not offer a "dashboard" at this time. Please consider creating one.

moderator approval
comments are taking too long to post with moderator approval. I have a few that have been awaiting approval for months! What is the point of allowing comments if you're not going to look at them and post to the suggestion!!!!!!

Please cut Phone Support wait times.
Wait time is typically well over 30 minutes. The big C crisis has subsided greatly and hopefully you can now hire more people and put emphasis on client experience.
