  1. Format Size of daily calendar boxes

    Please integrate an option to have the calendar view return to the prior format in regards to the box size for the daily appointments/tasks. The circle with advisor initials is wasted space and causes the box to the double in size, making my daily calendar almost impossible to navigate. HELP!

  2. Default "today" in Calendar (all views)

    Can you please make "today's date" the default view whether we select to view by day, week, or month. Rarely, when I click "Calendar" on the left hand side menu options does it direct to "today's date". This should be a simply programming oversight but it's been like that for years. Please fix.

  4. Have the notes option available for households

    In households, have a notes option so we don't have to post the same note on each separate client. This is helpful we we do a household review of accounts or the note item affects all the members of the household.

  5. Bulk Actions - can only do one bulk action at a time

    There is a glitch in the system. When I pull all my Platinum clients and select from the list to do a bulk action, it will take it the first time. But if I then deselect all and select a new group for another tag group it fails. I have to back out of my search, start the search again, and select all the clients again before it will let me do another bulk action. Today I tried pulling Gold clients right after I did the Platinum clients and it wouldn't take my bulk action without backing out. It wastes…

  6. move chat button?

    Can we have the ability to move the little chat button at the bottom right of the screen? It covers up the time stamp on activity details.

  7. iCal integration

    I desperately need Redtail to integrate with iCal so I can see my Redtail appointments on my Apple iPhone. The Redtail "app" is not good. But, more importantly, I need to synchronize my work life with my personal life. This is, by far, the #1 reason why I am thinking about switching my firm to another CRM platform.

  8. calendar subscription link

    for those of on Mac and can't use the retriever, it would at least be helpful if we could subscribe to an "iCal" of sort, so at least our events would show up on our devices, even if we couldn't necessarily edit them there.

  9. Deleting Workflow Alert Message

    Currently, if you add a workflow from a profile's main page vs. from the workflow page, it works however it does not tell you if additional profiles have this workflow assigned to them. If you delete that workflow- and it happens to be attached to other households- it deletes the workflow on the profile you are currently working with along with the additional households who have this workflow attached to. If you choose to delete the workflow you get a message asking "are you sure you want to delete this workflow", the message should be edited to also alert you…

  14. Color contrast in new release is bad for accessibility

    The contrasts in the new release of the CRM make it very hard to see the edges around boxes/areas, the white and grey are too similar, and the red is too bright.

  16. Adjust New Red Tint Theme

    The new red tint that came out in today's theme update (3/21/24) is very bright, with high contrast, and not soft on the eyes. Would be nice to have the option to adjust this to a darker tint of red, like the current red/maroon in this feedback forum (which I believe was the old Redtail red).

    A dark (or grey mode!) would really help with the new UI. The new set up looks amazing but it is difficult to view with how bright the white is now versus the old UI.

  20. Business Clients - additional info needed.

    1. Business Clients need to have a field to list the "Owners".

    2. We have many that offer Simple IRA's that we use Keywords to pull reports, but it would be great to have a field on the contact card that allows this information at a glance.
