Faster/Easier Access to Old Notes
When viewing notes for a client that's been with you for several years is a very time consuming task. If there were numbered notes pages, like when shopping online where you can click back to another page it'd be easier than scrolling all of the way down through 10-15 years worth of notes. One of the users in our office once had this as an option for a brief time but none of the other users for the same CRM had it. All Day Activity Toggle
The new feature of User's initials on activities has made the All Day Activities section much longer. It would be great if there was a toggle button to easily hide/show the All Day section. I know that you can click Actions and then hide/show All Day Activities, but making this an easy and obvious single click would be much more convenient than a hidden two clicks.

Disable the Attendee Dots
Please give me an option to disable the attendee dots. Right now I have a calendar packed with my own initials. The dots take up too much space on the screen. I know I am in my appointments. Seems redundant at best.
If not, how about some guidance on how to best use this annoying new feature?

Remove Attendee Avatars on Calendar
Please make the attendee avatars on the calendar optional. The avatars are too big and are an annoyance for how my company utilizes tasks. If the attendee is just one person, it is unnecessary. The option could be to include avatars if there is more than one attendee.

Add toggle to remove attendee "bubbles" from Calendar
On 03/01/2024, Redtail added new "bubbles" to the calendar that show meeting attendees, which is VERY inconvenient for viewing all day tasks (it made them HUGE all of the sudden). Can a toggle switch be added to remove those bubbles and to go back to the way Redtail was before 03/01/2024?

Hide Linked Attendee from calendar events
With the recent changes to the calendar, each calendar event has an icon showing the attendee it is linked to. Please implement a way to have the option of showing or hiding this. Thank you!

put arrows back on calendar to go to next or previous day/week/month
Please put the arrows back on the calendar to go to the next day/ week/ month, and the back arrow to go the other way. I am Having a hard time scheduling with those buttons gone.

Disable the Attendee dots
Hello. This new feature takes up a lot of room on the calendar. I am the only internal attendee for most of my events. It would be nice to be able to disable the attendee dots.

Initial bubbles
Please remove the initial bubbles/icons. We color code each user, so we have no need for these bubbles. The problem with the bubbles is they make the all-day section of the calendar exceedingly long, so you have to scroll excessively to get to the appointment calendar.

Please put the arrows for advancing a day (week, month) or going back a day (week, month) next to the Today tab.

Attendee Colored Dots on Calendar as a Preference Option
Please Allow us Users to have the new roll out of the Attendee Dots on the calendar as a Preference Option. Even while being able to change the colors, it is still very over-stimulating, and harsh on the eyes for many. For folks that also suffer from anxiety, this is extremely hard.

color difference in reviews completed
Would be helpful to have a color difference on your calendar for Reviews you completed vs ones that are "due"/reminder date. Having them the same color does not help at all with which ones just got completed vs which ones need to be completed.

Print Calendar
Leaving the calendar printable like before, where it showed the calendar as is, allowing us to fill in the space. Just like it was before.

Please, please, please bring back the old print calendar that prints the whole day with all time blocks, instead of the new condensed version that stacks all activities on top of each other. We use this calendar as a day view & want to be able to manually update throughout the day.

Post a warning when adding additional team members to a chat room that the action cannot be reversed. Also insert a confirmation screen.
When accidentally adding a team member to a chat room it is impossible to remove the member again.

option to create activities for certain users that will only show on their calendars so everyone else does not have to see their activities. This is different than the selecting to only see certain users on the calendar.

color coding user
The new color-coding feature for the users on the calendar is causing confusion. Employees have the same initials. We realize you can change the colors, but then you have to memorize the colors. We have a ton of users. Perhaps add middle initials.

Create report of accounts for specified issue date range
Currently this custom export template will pull ALL accounts from any client that has even just one account for the specified date range. The report should only pull the accounts for that specified date range.
