VONAGE VOIP INTEGRATION REQUEST
May we request an INTEGRATION with VONAGE VOIP. I am part a group of Several Agencies that subscribe to REDTAIL CRM and VONAGE VOIP services. May you please Explore Integration Options?

date stamp feature for adding tags
I would like to see a date/time stamp for things added to the CRM such as Tag group or UDF. We are wanting to track exactly when someone was referred to different COIs of ours. We can add a tag stating we referred them to ABC Tax but do not have anything we can pull reports on to say when it was done.

Insurance company integration
The ability to integrate with insurance companies to auto-import dates of expiration, term remaining, face values, cash/surrender value, etc

The ability to choose whether you want to view or download a document when opened in Imaging. Right now you can only view and have to click another button to get it downloaded.

Account Feeds, Integrations, & Reporting
We have 401(k) participant accounts come through our data feed as unlinked because we don't have the contact and SS # in the system. It would be nice to be able to determine which employer plan (company) the participant/account is from (not just which 401k website).
If not, then the ability to run reports based on Account Feed Details -> Account Title. Many accounts will start with "CB&T TTEE SIMPLE IRA PLUS," so we know it's from American Funds, but there is no easy way to determine which employer plan the account is under.

Allow .ics files to save to Redtail calendar
The majority of the business world uses this file format to send calendar items (e.g. Outlook). It's extremely cumbersome to have to open an .ics file, copy the meeting information/link/etc and paste it into an Activity in Redtail.

Archive Contact option
When an Advisor left our firm, we were required to keep her contacts in our CRM for compliance purposes (according to our broker-dealer, to keep all activities and notes intact, even though the Advisor took a data file with her to her new firm). Although we have inactivated the clients, we still have to weed through them every day. Short of creating a quicklist for our own clients (which is simply a nuisance) to use from day-to-day, it would be amazing if we could archive old clients (either inactive, or in this case, clients who are no longer ours but…

Contact & Activity data privacy chances during Retreiver Sync
When performing the initial sync of an advisor's Redtail to a Google Calendar we created just for them, we discovered that there is no option to keep linked contact information or activity details private, allowing anyone with the access to see private information. Our concern is that if Google Calendar is hacked, it opens a large back door to our Redtail/client data because of the info synced. When you choose 'Sync Contacts' and/or 'Sync Activities,' all data and information is synced to Google Calendar and made available to anyone with calendar access or who has been invited to a specific…

Customizable Short Hand Keywords For Notes
Ability for users to create and customize their own short hand keywords when typing out notes. Example: Instead of having to write out "annual review discussion with" the short hand keyword can be "Ardw" which will then spell out the entire phrase.

Redtail Cambridge Integration enhancement ideas
Currently, the Redtail-Cambridge CLIC integration is a simple contact send from Redtail to CLIC. Cambridge is exploring options for enhancing the integration, and is seeking feedback for integration features that mutual users would like to see implemented. Have a RECALL feature on your hosted email.
It would be great if Redtail Webmail would allow us to recall an email that was sent. Quite inconvenient not to have this feature.

Date Paste
Redtail have a function to have a 'date paste' similar the F5 function is in notepad (for example) where the date will automatically appear to make leaving notes easier.

Contact accessibility
When I'm prospecting or keeping up with clients, I would love if I could populate a list of all my contacts and sort on one page the last time I actually spoke to the person and the notes of our conversation. Instead of clicking into each individual name, then clicking the notes tab and sorting through that. It would make it a lot more efficient if I could have it all on one page to scroll through and keep organized.

Mobile app - add accounts to menu at bottom of Contact
Getting to a client accounts is a primary reason to use the mobile app. I believe having “accounts” as a standalone button for easy access would be great. This would avoid having to click on the 3 buttons at the bottom right of the app to get the drawdown menu to then select “accounts”

Workflow steps that can be completed out of sequential order
Having the ability to create workflow templates where steps can be completed out of sequential order without needed to use the current outcome feature in RT. You would still create a workflow template in a sequential order, but you wouldn't need to wait until the prior step is completed to complete the next one.

Microsoft Suite Sync
I did the sync for myself before rolling it out to the rest of the agency. A couple suggestions I have: (1) everyone in the company should be able to see all emails to a contact, not just the person that sent the email; and (2) the name of the contact should be synced to Outlook with the scheduled appointment. Thanks!

Allow data base owners to grant access to reports.
The fact that only data base owners have access to reports forces CEOs to do CCOs' job. RedTail Speak is great. The fact that I have to have my CEO access the report, download it and send it to me is inefficient. I would think allowing data base owners to designate viewing rights would be logical. Thank you.

Office 365 Suite Sync
It would be very helpful to sync the contact or contacts to a meeting when syncing the calendar from Redtail into Office 365. That way we are able to tell whose client meeting it is.
