An error occurred while saving the comment Chuck Vercellone commentedAn improved family tree is great! If contacts are noted as parents/children in the membership listing, they should be added to the family tree.
Chuck Vercellone supported this idea ·An error occurred while saving the comment Chuck Vercellone commentedOn the old Tailwag there was a box showing all the family members on the main screen. Now you have to click through to get to the information. Family Members should show on the first page of a client contact.

An error occurred while saving the comment Chuck Vercellone commentedWhen running a report on completed activities all we can see is if there is a note attached and how many. We should be able to see the actual note. The only notes we do see is anything entered into the description box not the actual note attachment. We can run a notes report and see the notes but we can't filter to just see notes attached to specific activities (i.e. appointments vs calls).

An error occurred while saving the comment Chuck Vercellone commentedOne of my UDF's is the date of the last Client Data Sheet. Since these need to be updated every 2-3 years, it would be EXTREMELY helpful if we could do an advanced search on UDFs so we could easily find those that are out-of-date. We can run a UDF report but since it's just a report, we can't assign a bulk activity to any that make the list.

An error occurred while saving the comment Chuck Vercellone commentedUp to 258 votes from the 150 I noted June 2018 and yet there is still no action here. What is the holdup?????
An error occurred while saving the comment Chuck Vercellone commentedThere are more than 150votes on this issue, it's obviously a sore spot with advisors. First Review Date should be titled Last Review Date (reason is self-explanatory) and the we should be able to manually enter a next review date, not have it automatically calculated (monthly, every 3 months, on the 15th will put reviews on Saturday's and Sunday's). This suggestion has been open since 2017 - is there ever going to be any action on this????
An error occurred while saving the comment Chuck Vercellone commentedFirst review date should be re-named "Last Review Date" - also need to able to manually enter a date - makes no sense to pick a day or date based on an arbitrary one month, two month, etc (So I pick an actual date and it falls on a a Saturday or Sunday, what then?). I understand the need to create automation but it doesn't fit every client - give us the option to enter a date manually.

An error occurred while saving the comment Chuck Vercellone commentedThe simple, most logical fix to this issue is to not create a next review on the calendar as an appointment but to add a phone call or a task to book the next review at some future date. That way we can control the meeting. But we need to be able to actually set the date for the activity and not rely on some arbitrary "x" months in the future (dates often end up on holidays or weekends). Not sure why this issue has not been addressed in the past 3.5 years with this many votes to fix!!!

An error occurred while saving the comment Chuck Vercellone commentedThere are a couple of programs that will handle this and integrate with Redtail. ScheduleOnce (I use) integrates automatically with Microsoft Exchange and integrates through Retriever but there is also an integration through Zapier directly with Redtail without going through Outlook. Other options are Calendly and TimeTrade. Some are free, others come with a minor cost (ScheduleOnce is ~$12/month).

An error occurred while saving the comment Chuck Vercellone commentedThis suggestion has been suggested in the past with not much activity. Workflows are a great tool but....... How are we expected to see what has been created, revise and debug a workflow, and review the steps and outcomes if we can't print out the entire diagram? Come on Redtail, let's see some action here.
Seems like 123 votes to have a report created (and not for active worksheets)
An error occurred while saving the comment Chuck Vercellone commentedWe need to be able to print out our workflow templates, compete with steps, tasks, and outcomes. As it is now, the only workflow printouts we can get are for active workflows. Why is there no option to print our templates so they can be reviewed and noted with amendments? It would also make it easier if we could have a printout to show other advisors what we have created so they can determine if they would like a copy of it.
An error occurred while saving the comment Chuck Vercellone commentedNeed to be able to print out the templates, complete with outcomes. How else will we see what we've created, where the problems are, and what needs to be fixed?
An error occurred while saving the comment Chuck Vercellone commentedIt's great that we can print out a diagram of a workflow that is active and assigned to a client but why can't we also print out a diagram of all the workflows we've created? It would be helpful if we were able to so they could be analyzed and notes made to improve the template. Print screen of a template is not a complete solution as the potential outcomes and actions are not visible.

An error occurred while saving the comment Chuck Vercellone commentedWith so many households dropping land lines, mobile phone numbers are increasing becoming more important. As it stands, we have to copy the mobile number to the home number field in order to get a merge. This needs to be corrected! As usual, this issue has been under review since 2014 and no movement made in over 3 years!

An error occurred while saving the comment Chuck Vercellone commentedNew format for adding activities is an improvement but we still need to be able to add multiple contacts on the first screen. It is a waste of time to have to add the activity and then add the additional contacts.
An error occurred while saving the comment Chuck Vercellone commentedWhen adding multiple contacts to an activity it would be helpful if we could click on the contacts at one time before saving - if we are adding a husband and wife you have to add the first contact then select add contact to get the next one added - can't we search and highlight multiple contacts at one time and add them with a single click?

An error occurred while saving the comment Chuck Vercellone commentedOr is this done with an automation? You complete the new client workflow (on-boarding workflow, initial appt workflow - whatever you want to call it) and now you need to start a new account workflow, hourly consult workflow, financial plan workflow - whatever the new client came to you for. It seems to be basic that one workflow may lead into another.

An error occurred while saving the comment Chuck Vercellone commentedMemberships need to be move visible as we use that to identify adult children - should be able to see the family tree from the main screen.
Chuck Vercellone supported this idea ·An error occurred while saving the comment Chuck Vercellone commentedThe membership (or relationship) box needs to show up on the main page - we use memberships to note the relationships of other adult family members and trust accounts- we shouldn't have to click two or three more times to move between the relationships!
