  1. RMD Value & Information section

    In the account section, I'd love to have an area specifically for RMD info.

    There is the general info section, which duplicates the issue date (listed in the account dates), the cash value and as of date (which duplicates the account assets balance), face value (which duplicates the coverage info), surrender value and as of date, loan balance, asset rebalance and rebalance frequency. Why can't an RMD info section be added, or the general section modified to include 12/31 year end value, RMD value, a check box for auto RMD, and that type of information? I'd love to be able…

  2. Add more fields under beneficiaries

    Add fields under beneficiaries for address, relation, DOB, and social security number for each beneficiary. Beneficiary information is extremely important and should be easily accessible all in one location.

  3. Account Risk Tolerance and Time Horizon Fields

    It would be nice if the fields under an Account for Investment Objective, Time Horizon, and Risk Tolerance could match up with those of my BD new account forms. Currently only the Investment Objective list can be modified in RT. Could you make it so we could modify the lists for Risk Tolerance and Time Horizon as well thus creating a list of choices that match up with those of our respective BDs?

  4. Accounts should show the Title: Eg. John Paul and Sue Johns Joint TOD

    Accounts should show the Title: Eg. John Paul and Sue Johns Joint TOD so that each account that pulls from your feed wether its DST Vision or Albridge Solutions etc that it will show who the owner is and how it is titled, along with another with this all showing on the Reports. Right now we pull up RT or a Report of accounts and there is no ownership designation so could be an IRA or NQ or Joint we wouldn't know... Please have this viewable in RT and on the reports.

  5. Client's name at the very top of all notes, tasks, activities

    The client's name should appear in BOLD at the top of all work pages. i.e. at the top of all notes, tasks, reports, activities, etc.
    Now you have to look up, down, and sideways to find the client identification. Also, tasks should be "assigned to" and not "attending".

    "Attending" makes no sense.

  7. In current RMD report, add date range feature, so we can pull every client who turns 70 1/2 within that current year

    The added date range feature will allow the user to customize the RMD report to ensure every client who turn 70 1/2 in the current year is not missed.

  8. Form CRS Delivery Documentation

    Please rename the BICE field under accounts to "Form CRS" so we can document Form CRS delivery under the new Regulation Best Interest (Reg BI) requirements.

  9. ABILITY TO INCLUDE INSURANCE POLICIES ON CRM

    On the left hand side include a place where we can enter insurance policies (life, LTC, DI, etc) and annuities held. This would show a more complete financial view of client/household. I am happy to submit a template for information.

  10. Link Account to Multiple Contacts

    I would like to be able to link accounts to multiple contacts. Joint accounts, also trust accounts where the trustees may or may not be a part of the same household. It would also be nice for the purpose of linking a power of attorney to an account.

  11. Track Commissions

    Please provide a report page that shows outstanding revenues that can be targeted, both for Commissions and for AUM (Assets Under Management). This feature will allow advisors to see all of their revenues that they can potentially acquire, if they close all of their outstanding prospective business. Please list Commissions and AUM for each Prospect/Client and a Total for all outstanding amounts at the top of the page. Thanks!

  12. Automatically update Marital Status to Married if attached as a spouse

    When you create a new client and list their spouse's name which also creates a client record, it would be great if we didn't also have to list under the contact details that they're married. It should be automated since we listed a spouse for them.

  13. Contact information for spouse - Would like button to automatically update/add contact information to spouse or other contact in a household

    Would like button to automatically update/add contact information to spouse or other contact in a household. Currently I have to copy and past from one record to another each contact item at a time: phone number, street address, city, state zip. Issue exists when adding new contacts or updating address/phone for existing contact.Have to update both contact records manually.

  14. I need to see clients trust accounts on their Contact page.

    When my clients are trustee or beneficiary on a Trust account I need to see that relationship on the Contact page. Currently only accounts in the clients SSN are included in AUM on the Contact page. Linking the client to the Trust in memberships does not show up on the Contact page. The only way I can relate the client to the trust is through personal knowledge. If I am looking at the Contact page and do not recall they also have a Trust account there is nothing there ont the Contact page to remind me.

  15. RedTail API integration with Charles Schwab

    We would like to see a direct auto feed integration between Redtail and Charles Schwab through API, which means that you would not need Portfolio Center in order to auto link accounts into Redtail. We would like to see account values, holdings, primary addresses, emails, phone numbers, date of births, etc. automatically link into the Redtail contact and account details. It would also be great if these fields would update automatically in Redtail based upon changes made at Charles Schwab.

  16. Remove Closed Accounts from Reporting Under Account Type

    When you click on accounts and see the graph for what type of accounts make up your client base, the closed accounts are still reflected. This does not depict an accurate picture of our clientele. Including the data skews what type of accounts we should be focusing on for our firm. Please do not include closed account in reporting function. They are closed and should not be considered relevant data to the existing database. However we should not have to delete them entirely because we might have important notes of past history tied to those accounts. Just disable them from…

  17. Renewal Calendar Reminder

    I am in the health insurance business, and we have renewal dates for the health policies. The account platform is great to put the account information, carrier, product type, and renewal date in. The only issue I have with this is when you put the renewal date in, it doesn't populate a reminder in the calendar. I was wondering if this feature could be added. Right now I have to run a report with the renewal dates, and then add them to the calendar as recurring activities. This leaves a lot of room for human error. This added feature would…

  19. Householding accounts

    Be able to household accounts together instead of having to click back and forth from one account to the next. Have all tasks, notes, e-mails listed on one household, so that it's condensed into one.

  20. Account Renewal Reminder Date - Auto Renew Feature

    The reminder date should have the option to auto renew until a particular date in the future to minimize the time to MANUALLY update this field.
