  1. Link UDFs between spouses

    It would be nice to be able to see all UDFs for both spouses when you look at one contact's page, instead of having to enter the UDF for both spouses, similar to how Notes can be shared between family members.

  2. Add Suffix to "Full Name" Field when running reports

    When running custom exports with the client "Full Name" is doesn't include suffixes, which, when having to add an additional column, makes sorting through information in Excel much clunkier. This would be a much appreciated addition to make running and sorting reports more efficient.

  3. A checkbox to copy note to all related family members

    Instead of manually searching and copying related family members, a checkbox to automatically copy all family members to the note. In addition the ability to check this box automatically as a part of a note template

    When on a contact record. Give the ability to change the defaulted range from "Past Due & Next 30" to any of the other options shown on the activity page within the contact record.

  5. Add Duty of Care prompt or permit UDF that includes a prompt

    Either add Duty of Care prompts or permit UDF that includes a prompt. For example, I need to answer for every account the following questions:

    Please describe the new product(s), new strategy(s), or service(s) considered in accordance with the existing strategy of the account. Your response should include details as to how the proposal will achieve the client's investment objectives and goals based on the services and products available in the account and account funding.

    Please give the option to move from one page to the next or previous page at the TOP of the page. We should not have to scroll all of the way to the bottom of the page to get to the next page.

  7. Task Lists

    Would like a daily running list of tasks to complete on the side of the calendar with the date started, the task and a quick note on the
    progress.

    When completed I would like to be able to put a line through the task.

    Also, below that daily list maybe a monthly or quarterly or yearly list.
    I would like to be able to customize the label on those lists.

    Last, prioritizing with simple numbers 1-5.

    I DO NOT WANT THEM TO SHOW UP ON THE CALENDAR.

  9. When tagging additional contacts in a note, any contacts that autopopulate should be BEFORE the "Add new contact" option. Not after.

    When I go to tag an additional contact, I begin typing their name (e.g. "stev" for Steve). If I have 1 contact named Steve it should populate that name above the "create new contact" option so that I can hit enter as soon as I have the name partially typed

  10. Add pop up notifications

    Consider adding a Pop-Up notification option, similar to Outlook pop-up notification option. If I'm on the phone I often do not hear the audio notification. This has caused me to miss scheduled appointments many times. Having a visual Pop-Up appear on my screen and stay on the screen until I close it, would be very beneficial.

  11. Account Reports: "As of" date for account balances and positions

    Please include "as of date" of the balance and positions in any of the account reports. The only place that happens is in the client's accounts positions screen but that is not printable. Thank you.

    We have new Redtail user's who are not checking important information, keywords, tags,or even UDFs. The only thing they notice immediately are BANNERs. Can we CHOOSE which banners to display?

    We need a report that will allow us to report on all user activity. We use Redtail to track our internal processes, so I would like to be able to pull one report showing all of the activity that a user has done, including: Activities created/completed, notes created/commented, workflows created and completed, workflow tasks created and completed, login dates/times, etc.

    If the action taken is linked to a contact, I would want to know which contact it was linked to.

  16. The table feature inside activities and workflows is ineffective and does not work

    The table feature in both activities and workflows is clunky and does not work - there is no way to adjust column size (they appear to adjust based on what you type in the column and then when you type in the column on the other side they adjust again?).There is no way to have borders or any sort of formatting to the table.
    Can you just make the table feature work like it does in Word/Excel to make it actually useful?

    Please add a sidebar for Workflows that would open when in a Task. Allow users to move from Workflow sidebar to Task w/o interruption or saving first.

  18. Add Capability to Add Documents to Activity Templates

    Add the option to add a document to a template. We have an activity template named "Create Agenda". It would be helpful to be able to attach the our agenda template word document to the Redtail activity template.

  19. Duplicate Contact Name Report - Process Time

    As a Redtail CRM User , I want the Duplicate Contact Name Report to process combine functionality quickly within 5-10 seconds. If a user refreshes the list, the combine function needs to show quickly on the report.

    Currently state: Select the two records to combine, select the primary, select ok. Next wait 30 sec to 1 min for the process to work on the backend. If you refresh early then the combine functionality does not work and you have to do the process again. As a user with almost 8000 duplicates, this will take me around 150-200 hours to complete.

  20. Duplicate Contact Report - Freeze Header

    As a Redtail CRM User, I want the Report header including the column headers and combine, filter, export, pdf, and search functions to stay at the top of the page regardless of page scrolling. This is to allow the user to scroll through the list and combine contacts as needed without having to scroll to the top of the page to select combine. The result will be a better user experience and time saved from scrolling.
