    The new Confidential Personal Profile form is HORRRRRIBLE.
    1. Poorly organized. We need lines back to visually break the page up.
    2. We need ALL the info in the contact card in there INCLUDING alt phone #s and address that may have a 2nd address line.
    3. We need to be able to edit it without a special Adobe like it was prior to Tailwag. (ex: if i see a client has an exp DL, I deleted it and it left a blank for room to write it in at a review)
    4. Memberships and family need to be on there.
    5. Nick names need to be on there.

    I see several post about this and it is UNRESOLVED.
    Whoever designed it needs to be given the "stinky eye" and told to go back and DO OVER!
