activities that are "to dos" on certain day, not "all day' because blocks out entire day for scheduling
problem - since Redtail suite sync to Outlook and client/prospect scheduler is thru Outlook - if "actiivity" is "all day" it blocks out the entire day for scheduling. ie if need to do a follow up phone call on Feb 8, 2025 but not at a specific time - it defaults to "all day" but in fact it is not "all day" but an alert to call that day. Add customizable fields in Opportunities/ability to add or remove fields when viewing Opportunities
We build reports back to our financial institution for qualified referrals. It would be a nice-to-have customizable fields we can input when creating opportunities. i.e., if "referred by" was available within the opportunity. Source is already there. It would be nice to see who the opportunity was referred by, instead of hunting for it in the contact details. Further, it would be nice to be able to build our lists with custom data sets. Change printing of autolinked accounts
When I am on the accounts to be autolinked, i use to be able to print the whole page and now I can not. It only prints the names and not the account numbers. Please fix it so I can print the whole page again.

Personal Profile Form
Personal Profile Form - Add an option to exclude a deceased spouse from the Personal Profile Form when printing it for a meeting. Currently, we have to remove the deceased spouse from the client family, print the Personal Profile Form, then add the deceased spouse back to the family. When the advisor is meeting with the surviving spouse, the Personal Profile form is used to review current contact info, updating Driver’s License Info, starting the review of existing accounts, etc., but they do not need to see the deceased spouse’s info on the form during a meeting.

Tax qualified
Currently when adding account type and tax type the "tax qualified" check box is automatically checked after you select a type from the drop down. Please give us the ability to not have this automatically checked.

Notify users when comment added to a note
users can notify team members when adding a note to contact, but that option is not available when adding comments. Should be consistent.

AI Note Taking
Suggestion to enhance note-taking for client meetings using AI. It would be incredibly helpful if there was an AI feature that could automatically summarize key discussion points from meetings and save them within the meeting details. This could also include generating action items, or suggesting follow-up tasks .

Request to Combine Married Client Review Reminders
I have a suggestion regarding client reviews. If two contacts are married, it would be helpful if they appeared as a single reminder instead of separate ones. Currently, having separate reminders for both individuals clutters my calendar. Combining them into one reminder would make the calendar more organized and easier to manage."

Customize Client Reviews Reminder Colors by Financial Advisor
I am requesting the ability to customize the color of client review reminders in your calendar. Specifically, I want the reminders to be color-coded based on the assigned financial advisor. This will help distinguish between the five financial advisors on our team and make it easier to identify which reminders correspond to which advisor.

Create Linked Activities, documents, linked accounts from the aggregate notes on today list or notes by contact
Currently on the aggregate notes page under each note, the actions link, you only have the option to print or delete. Why don't you have the options to link an activity, document, account or note, like you do when inside a contact record? You also can't do any actions the notes by contact report. It would be very helpful to be able to look over the days activities in aggregate and then link activities to them without having to go in and out of every contact in the list. Updating family section
While originally looking for a way to put a custom alert on someone's record so that when anyone lands on them it reminds them of something? For example for couples getting divorced or people with active POAs. Understanding that you don't have that feature and being told to use the important information section. I think an easier fix that could be very helpful would be if you could update the "family" section to say separating/divorcing/caring for/POA of/ or a field that could be typed in to one of those options it could be more obvious.

Account Access Restriction
There should be a way to restrict access to Client Accounts without impacting a users access to see a client profile. We have employees in the office that do not need to know what a client has invested with our office.

The ability to download all form in linked documents within an activity would be extremely helpful for processing purposes.
A download all documents button within the saved forms section of an activity would be extremely helpful. I find it time consuming when I have to individually download multiple documents from an activity (Sometimes up to 15 or more doc's). As an admin I often have to send documents to multiple places and also upload them to multiple sites. The ability to download all forms from and activity would be so helpful

Add the ability to change the status of a workflow to Inactive
We sometimes encounter instances where we cannot move forward with a workflow. Our only option is to delete the workflow, losing all processing notes, or complete the workflow, which creates inaccurate processing notes. This would also allow us to reactivate the workflow if needed.

Add nicknames to the search contact feature
To the "Search Contacts" search bar, add in clients "nickname" to the search feature. If the client goes by something other than their first name, that name needs to be featured in the search contacts function.

Client Contact Card - Important Information
If there is information entered in the Important Information section of the client's contact card, it would be helpful to have a dialogue box that pops up upon entering into the contact card.
