Client Review should read 'Last Review' and should be 'Overdue' if not completed on time
know your client, client review tab should read "last review" and if the next review is not completed on time, it should read "overdue"

Automations: Make the Know your Client Review Date a Trigger Event
The Last/Next Review Date fields in the Know Your Client section is something our practice uses to help schedule the next review date for each client, rather than creating an activity for it, to help minimize the data footprint of each contact record (because there is enough "clutter" on record). If there were a way to make either of these fields, or both, a trigger event for an automation template(i.e. linking a Review Meeting workflow)...I believe it would enhance the Redtail experience.

Make it possible to change a client's next review date without changing first review date!
It is frustrating when we need to move a client's 'next review date' to another month - go to Edit and only option is to change 'FIRST review date' thus losing that information; there should be an option to change 'NEXT review date.'

Change First Review to Last Review under Client Review
Instead of "First Review" as the selection under Client Review, would rather have it phrased as "Last Review". The review dates are never going to always be the same day of the designated cycle. Better to change as they are scheduled.

Add Additional Fields to the Client Review Section
The Client Review section is lacking. For compliance purposes, advisers need to track when the contact the clients for meetings. Please add the following fields in the Client Review Section:
1. Date Last Met
2. Date Last Contacted
3. Preferred Meeting Place

Review Frequency should be More Flexible
I suggest that for the review frequency you make so that you DON'T have to fill out every little piece to it. i.e. If the client likes to meet once a year typically in March, you can select just that verus taking the next step and selecting Friday and then the 3rd week of..

History of Client Reviews
Can we have a system that tracks the history of Client Reviews? Currently we have the option to input the first review, but I don't see how we can track what has been completed. Some clients will not meet exactly within a year (six months, quarterly, etc.) of the first meeting. It would be nice to enter in the reviews and then have the countdown to the next review begin based on the last completed review.

Create a Client Review at the Household Level
How about an option for setting the client review section at a household level instead of just on the client level? This way we only have to update once, not on the HofH, the spouse, each child, and even each dependent parent.

Automatically update last review date in client review section
It would be nice if I could schedule a client meeting on the calendar and complete it then the date would auto fill in the the first review date of the client review field under know your client.

Make a "this was a client review" check box in notes and activities
There should be a separate field that we can use to report on client reviews in notes and activities. Currently, if you want to search notes for all of a client's reviews, you have to set up a custom category for it or use specific words to search. If there was a check box "this was a client review", then a report would easily show the history of all client reviews and would allow for better flexibility in charting client contacts.

Remove Review Date when Client Status = Terminated
when you terminate a client, their review date should be automatically removed so they stop showing up on the review date reminder

Create a search for missing client review data
I would like to see an advanced search feature to show if the client review update frequency or client review date IS EMPTY or IS NOT EMPTY.

Client Review Revamp!!
Since this supposedly a CRM built for the financial advisor and pretty much all financial advisors have some sort of client review obligation.. I highly advise you actually TALK TO A FINANCIAL ADVISOR to inquire how this feature could be enhanced. This would be a more efficient strategy then just implementing what you assume would be helpful and what is the easist feature to develop.

I love the feature of having the reminder every 12 months or 6 months but Once you get the reminder there is no way to say its done or mark it off. They show last activity but there should be a way to mark the activity as a review and that way it can report back and schedule 6 months from there for the reminder. The only way to know its complete is the notes which is fine but if you are the contact not looking for review specifically you might not know when they call they are past due.…

Client Review - it would be helpful to be able to add the "last review date"
First or initial review date is important, next (future) review date is necessary but a last review date would be much more helpful to log when the last review was done

annual review
It would be extremely helpful to have an annual review tab for contacts with specific fields or the ability to upload the PDF form we use for annual reviews that can be filled online and saved to the client's documents.
The fields we currently use are:
- Account numbers reviewed
- Meeting date
- Review completed - in person, e-mail, Phone, video conference (pick)
- Reviewed Financial Status - with radials (Did not Review, Reviewed no change, Reviewed and changes proposed) Then a box for comment.

Please add the option to a bulk 'Review Frequency' change
It would be a great help if we had the ability to change the review frequency for more than one client at a time. From the search page under 'Options' have the option 'Bulk Review Frequency Change'

Review Tab
Every time I add a client review to my calendar, I have to manually change the clients Review Tab to match the new review date. It would be very helpful if the review tab would automatically change to the clients new review date when I add the apt. in the calendar.

custom exports add activity category
Please add the Activity Category Fields to the custom exports. When trying to determine a client's last review date, try as I might, I cannot find an adequate reporting option in Redtail. The "Know Your Client" first review date and frequency data is only as good as a client's "perfect attendance right on schedule." Any variation and it no longer provides the data needed.

Our client reviews are rarely on the same day (ie. the 6th month, every 3 months) having the option to manually enter or a click-box to make an activity in the calendar the "next review date" would be extremely helpful.
