create report aggregating clients by region or state
create ability either via report or otherwise to generate a list of clients or households, in aggregate; we need to see a summary of total assets by household either by state or by region (we would love to see a region field created, right now we use the writing advisor field to save this info)

Edit Doc under "Contract Document Storage"
Please give us the ability to edit a document's name and description under "Contract Document Storage". Currently we can only download or unlock the doc from a contract. In order to edit we have to go to directly to "Documents" which shows ALL documents for ALL contract. When a client has many contract, and many documents per contract it can get daunting. This increases unnecessary processing time.

Create option to "freeze" the 'all day' row
Please add the ability to "Freeze" the "all day" row in the calendar so that it holds at the top of the calendar even when scrolling to later times in the day. When scheduling for multiple users later in the day (so that you are unable to see the "all day" row), it is easy to forget when people are out of the office, it's a holiday, people are working from home, etc... If that row were frozen, far fewer scheduling mishaps would occur!!

Adding additional fields and or creating a custom report in relation to seminar data
The custom reports allows you to bridge data together but is not available as it pertains to seminar data.

Running Seminar reports exporting data into excel as opposed to a PDF
The data in a report is good but if you need to append to it or link data due to fields not beilng available in the Seminar view options you can not create your own report using a XLS extract of the data on screen

UDF fields included in Seminar reports
When running reports from the seminar feature the UDF fieldis not available to cross reference to the clients attending a seminar. I.e if the client has a dietary restriction as a UDF to include that in the manage attendees for seminars.

custom dates in Action area
I would like the custom dates to be fillable.... not toggle on the calendar to set. We set ours from 2014-2035 to be sure we can view all upcoming and past actions in case we have an action we missed.
clicking through month by month to set parameters is time consuming.

Delete Warning
Please consider adding a WARNING pop-up window with "confirm action" related to deleting contacts or accounts!
Example: while recently experimenting with TAG GROUPS, I created a test group and added a client.
Clicking then, on View Members, He was there, and I thought great. Except he was a test member. Wanting to remove him from the Tag Group, from the list view I then clicked on the down arrow in front of his name and scrolled down to DELETE (which I would have assumed meant FROM THE LIST)

Redtail Speak
For the Redtail Speak, it would be great to integrate a phone number that the advisor is already using. Our clients have gotten used to texting our advisors at their current number, so it would be great to continue using that number.

Activity duration field choices
The default Activity duration under 'Preferences' is limited to choices of 15 minutes, 30 minutes, 60 minute. Can you please add 45 minutes and 90 minutes to this list? thank you.

biometrics
Is there a reason biometrics was removed as a login preference on the mobile app? Please stop making the app harder to use instead of easier and less secure instead of more secure.

Weekly Email Reminder
Have Redtail on a weekly basis a list of the Reminders found on the Today page. That way the advisor knows to reach out to the client whether something business specific or simply to say happy birthday.

Redtail Notification
Add a URL link to the Redtail record in the notification email. This will allow the user to click on the link and go into the record that the activity is for.

Calendar Event Color Option for all Users
At our office we have one financial advisor but multiple people making appointments for that advisor at any given time so we all share the same event colors. Being that we have twenty events/colors we use, it would be so much more convenient if we could have a default option to make the colors the same colors for all users rather than manually selecting colors for each user, especially when we add a new user.

In an appointment there should be a hyperlink for the phone number so you can just hit it and it will dial. Other calendars have it.
In all of the other calendars we have used, when you add a phone number to the appointment, you can just click on it and it will dial.

Allow Deletion of Default Account Types/Tax Qualified Types
You have too many undeletable Account Types/Tax-Qualified Types and I want to be able to delete them so I can leave only mutually exclusive options there that my firm would ever use. Also, I want to delete some tax-qualified types because tax-qualified is used as a filter for your RMD report so I want to remove HSA, MSA, UTMA, UGMA, and 529.

Get Advanced Search To Work as Intended
I searched for contacts without a certain category and after being bewildered for a while about why the list was so short I determined the search results did not show those contacts where the category is blank. To get those I had to add in another search criteria when obviously those should have been included in my initial search. Fix this!
