  1. Activity Organizer Report/List/Filter needed

    This new field for Activity Organizer is a great start...but it's completely useless as there is no report or filer that can create a list of activities where you or someone else is the organizer of the activity. Please create a filter, something on the home page, or some widget to indicate on the activity when you see it in a list who the organizer is. Initials bubble like on the calendar would be a start.

  2. Seeing more than one client on Tasks

    The update that shows a person symbol for more than one client is not helpful. Please revert back to where you can visually see the clients

  3. Reverse New Feature - # contact not contact names listed on Calendar view

    The new update that now shows how many contacts when more than 1 in the calendar instead of the contact names. This is a time suck to not just be able to pull up the calendar and see who you are all meeting with. Now you need to hover if there is more than 1 person - which how we run our Redtail is VERY often as we link husband and wife to appointments that show on our calendar!

  4. newest update - can't view contact names while looking at calendar unless you hover over "2 Contacts"

    The newest update for July 2024 changed how you view and print the calendar. We want to be able to look at quick glance who is scheduled for an appointment. We also print a calendar daily and now have to manually type the clients names to be able to view who the appointment is with. Please change back or allow users to choose how they want to view the calendar.

  5. Please change back the calendar view to include contacts names intead of just saying 2 contacts

    on the calendar view each activity used to show the contacts names instead of just the word 2 contacts. Please go back to the way it was. Now you have to take an extra step and hover over each to see which one belongs to which client.

  6. Calendar-2 contacts

    New Enhancement- Our office employees do not like the new enhancement on the calendar where an activity only shows 2 contacts and not the names. Yes, I know you can hover over it to see the names, but no one likes that. Plus, we print our calendars out often and can't see the names if there are two contacts. Please change back or offer the option to choose between either format.

  7. RedTail Imaging - Add a Preview Feature

    Similar to Microsoft's File Explorer, allow for a preview of the documents so that there is not an excess of documents downloaded on our PC's and so instead of downloading multiple documents that may be similarly titled, you are able to preview the document to assure you have the correct document prior to download for further editing, etc. The whole point of having this digital filing/storage is to make the documents more accessible.

  8. Make task where you can arrange them manually.

    I would like to be able to arrange my task manually. Like if I want certain ones at the top I can move them there. That way my workflow is specific to how I want it to look for the day instead of them just being in a random order.

  9. Contact by Duplicate Name Report in RedTail

    When running the Contact by Duplicates names report in RedTail, clients with the same name but different SSNs and Addresses show as Duplicate clients in RedTail even though they are different people.

  10. recruiting

    In the Recruiting side, having that area be editable so that the data there fits with the broker dealer experience and lingo. There are many fields that don't apply to us and it would be great to save space and remove them. Also, there are combinations that I don't know the definition of so it would be wonderful to edit them

  11. Create follow up from a note, when adding the note to another activity

    Why can't we have the "create a follow up" from a note that was created under an activity? Many times we have an activity that has multiple steps in which have different notes and different follow up timelines. We know this was available until the recent update but are being told it never existed so we need to suggest as a new feature.

  12. Contact Card

    On the Contact Card
    I would like to be able to add a note: examples

    Don't call until after 10am
    In Florida Nov-Mar
    Call Jane's Cell 1st then John's Cell 2nd then Home 3rd or email 1st

    Also, the color of all primary phone and home and local time in dark red and all others in regular black, the red is hard to see which is lighter.

  14. Open Workflow steps should be listed as an open Activity- One Place for all Open Items

    I want to manage any open item assigned to me in one place versus going to different sections of the CRM. If I have a workflow step open and needing to be completed, it should be an Activity and be represented in my Past Due, Today or Future Activities along with every other Activity.. It is inefficient to have to open various workflow to find steps I need to complete or looking in different sections of the CRM.

  15. Third Party Access to Opportunities

    We work with an estate attorney that does estate planning for some of our higher end clients. We would like to have the ability to allow him access to our Opportunities Tab (only). So that we could keep track of the progress and next steps.

    I select Client, client accounts, Reports, Portfolio Detail Report I need Effective dates added by accounts with options to add more details to the report. It would great if we could customize the detailed information on each Summary Report or Snapshot report.

  17. Allow for workflows to have a Step Due option of "Day Created"

    Allow for a "Day Created" option on steps in a workflow. When using automation to schedule a meeting, I need the ability to make a step due for a different user on the day the meeting is entered into the system. For example I make an Activity for a meeting, it populates in the calendar and starts a workflow. Currently you cannot schedule the workflow step in the template to be due on the day the workflow is created. Reason this would be helpful: Allows a step to be due for a different user at the time of creation, like…

  18. Alert/warning pop up when clicking on client profile, if "caution" is needed

    Clients who have big life events/fraud should be handled with care. Some team members may not have the time to "Dig" for a note they don't know is there and may cause more problems.
    There should be a feature where a pop up box needs to be read/addressed when entering a client profile so the employee can "use caution" when needed.

  19. I dictate a lot of my notes into Redtail and then I must manually scan my written notes to "add attachment". Is there a way I can just take

  20. PUT PAGE NUMBERS OF ACTIVITIES AT TOP AS WELL AS BOTTOM

    Put the page tabs at the top of the activities list as well as at the bottom. Often I know the activity is on page 2 and have to scroll to the bottom to click on that page.
