  1. Clients Since Subject

    When conducting an advanced search with the specific variables, there should be a column option that displays client since. This information is great to have when conducting advanced searches.

  2. default activity duration

    default activity duration - adding 1 hr 15 mins for default activity time would be very helpful! We set all of our appointments for 75 minutes, and it is a hassle to only be able to set for 60 or 90 minutes, nothing in between.

  3. workflow templates

    Have the ability to exclude weekends, holidays (already an option) when making the Workflow. I'd also like to be able to exclude Sundays/holidays only. Saturday's can be good days to make prospect calls or

  5. workflow

    Can we have workflows with an option to disregard the target date but be able to have steps be spaced out from each other. For instance, Step 1 is due 1/1 and step 2 is due three days after step 1 is completed. I believe this way it would make it easier to keep track on steps and stay on track for timing if a step has to be pushed back.

  6. adult children

    We need a Family Tree tab or a section devoted to keeping track of and quickly communicating intergenerational relationships. The membership tab should be renamed/replaced with sections that show dependent (within household) and non-dependent relationships (within family but outside of household).

  7. Add Ongoing Activities Tab

    Add an Ongoing activities tab for activities that have started but haven't ended yet. Currently, if an activity spans multiple days, it ends up in your "Past Due" Activities.

    An Ongoing activities tab would allow for easier activity organization and efficiency.

  8. Broadcast email and email addresses

    I often will see a failure on a broadcast email with the notation "no primary email address". There is an email address, I just failed to mark it primary. Why, if there is an email address on the contact card, will it not work in a broadcast email unless it's also marked as primary - it should still work!

  9. advanced search

    In the advanced search feature, it would be nice to have a way to select multiple "values" instead of creating a new line for each value. For example, if I wanted to search for two contact categories, once I enter "Contact", "Category", "Equal To"; I would then be able to choose both of the categories I want (this would serve as an "AND" function without having to add a separate line).

  11. Workflow Templates - Increase Viewable Entries per Page & Ability to Stay on Current Page upon Refresh

    Give option to view more entries per page on Workflow Templates. Currently only able to view 25 & lacks functionality like contacts search has to view (50, 100, or more). Also, give ability to stay on same page when refreshing page instead of redirecting back to page one.

  12. Activities by Contact Report Should Have a Category Filter

    My firm categorizes all clients via "category" - to develop appropriate service models for each client. It would be massively helpful for us to view all clients who have "schedule meeting tasks" (under the custom "schedule meeting" template that we've created), during a certain timeframe, AND to be able to filter that report by client category. I know this must be a fairly easy addition as it is in essence, just the inverse of the "Contacts with no upcoming activities" report.

    The "contacts with no upcoming activities" report allows RT users to filter by activity type, timeframe, AND the category…

  13. Add Types of Accounts (Insurance/Investment)

    There are too many insurance fields under an account when we primarily have linked investment accounts. It would help clean things up if we could click "add a new account" and then choose "Investment" or "Insurance" to see different lists of fields.

    Coverage info, BICE info, etc does not apply to our investment accounts, but rep code, systematic transactions in/out, bank of record fields would.

  14. Link Bank Account to Investment Accounts

    We would love to be able to record which bank accounts in a client record are attached to which investment accounts, and if they are first or third party bank accounts.

  15. broadcast emails

    Extend the time allowed to send a broadcast email. If I am manually selecting clients to send a broadcast email, the system often times out and I must start from the beginning.

  16. Add Automation Trigger for "Created by User"

    There are several Automation Trigger requests, most, if not all of them are great ideas. Please also add an Automation Trigger for when an Object or Record is "Created by User".
    I specifically want to automate team permissions when a user creates a contact.

  17. New contact from with household permissions

    When selecting "Add Dependent" from a Household, to create a NEW contact you are not given the New Contact screen. A contact is simply created without the option to edit the contact prior to creation. If you use permissions to divide your database, this results in a user who is unable to see or edit the new contact they just created.
    The two solutions I can think of; Give the option of creating the new dependent via the new contact screen, where the user can set their team permission. OR have the option in settings, to give new dependents created…

  18. Is it possible to add a block under "Accounts" for RMD's? (Required Minimum Distributions?

    Please add a block for "Required Minimum Distributions" - this is a Federal Law and requires the client to start the withdrawal at the age of 72.5 years old from IRA's, Roth's, etc.. The block would need: RMD Eligible (date), Fair Market Value, Current Year RMD Amount, Scheduled RMD (a simple yes or no), First Payment Date, Next Payment Date, Payment Frequency and Payment Method.
    This would be a big help to balance Client records/assets.

  19. Activities by Contact Report - Add Servicing Advisor to Export

    Please add Servicing Advisor to the excel/csv export of the Activities by Contact Report.

    You can filter the visible activities by Servicing Advisor in Activities by Contact Report, but the export does not include the Servicing Advisor.

  20. Create an email aggregation box on the dashboard / home page that would only have emails from contacts that exist in Redtail

    Being able to have a heads up that focused on the most important emails that need to be addressed daily minus the junk mail and other clutter
