  1. client profile sharing between advisor databases

    Allow advisors from separate databases to share client contacts between their databases so that both advisors can see the client details, accounts, and notes at the same time without having to switch database views.

  2. dark mode

    Love the new dark mode, but when i look at email history all the text is in black against a dark grey background and I can't read it. any way to format this section?

  4. Color coding categories

    Color coding is quick to the eye and incredibly helpful when navigating, if that could be a feature for categories that'd be fantastic.

  5. Add Basic Contact Data (phone, email, DOB, SOC#) as a side column so that when we are in Workflows,we can see that data without clicking out

    I work in Workflows all day. There are many times throughout the day that I need access to the clients basic info (DOB, SOC#, Email, phone), and I have to leave the workflow to get to that data. My workaround has been to keep two windows open, but it's a pain. It would be nice to have a side column that shows basic data of the client you are in while you are in the workflow.

  6. workflow reports - more info needs to be included

    we are a CPA firm as well as a wealth management firm. We tried to use Redtail workflows this year for tax season and it didn't work well for us. It would be nice if we could easily pull reports to make sure where the workflows are routed, and what step they are on. When I click on "workflows" on the left hand side, it doesn't give enough info. I would like to see which employee it is assigned to and what step it is at in the process (interview, prep, review, etc), and also how many days it's been…

  8. Automating Review Reminder Emails

    Introduce the ability to automate email templates based on scheduled events. Mail merge would pulls scheduled date for meeting and send an automated email that we would set up. Or go through the calendar and add a confirmation email to automatically send a few days before. Advisor can edit template email in email templates.

    Allow us to change the text color in emails. Advisors commonly use this feature to bring attention to important items with clients.

  10. Activites Table View

    Greater customization of the Activities Table view. Specifically, I'd like to be able to see the notes for any given activity in my list in the table view without the need to click through to the individual activity.

  11. Know Your Client

    It would be great if we could modify this screen to match the financial/risk/experience questions that show up on our compliance forms - some categories require in input, other select a range. We should be able to modify this according to our needs - it is toooo onerous to create UDFs for the information we would need to maintain

  12. trigger event for outbound calls

    Add a trigger event for "click" on phone hyperlink to initiate an outbound call, we could then automate opening a new Note in the contact file to record call details

  13. Personal Profile Form

    We use this for appointments however, on page 2 (which lists all of the individuals in the household) it lists the account with each value BUT it does not give us a total. Please add a total. We can get it under Portfolio holdings but it doesn't list who the account belongs to. So, I would have to go in an ADD ownership info to EACH account. Seems like it would be easy to add a total!

    Put the "notify" option on the create window versus having to "create & edit" to get to it.

  15. select notes to move between contacts

    The ability to select specific notes to move from one contact to another without having to move them all. Or, the ability to copy notes and have them keep the original date & time of completion.

  16. Workflows Report Columns: Advisor and Creation Date

    We would like to see additional columns on the Workflows Report including an advisor column (who the client is assigned to in their profile) as well as a "date created" column, and a column indicating which user created the ticket.

  18. Why am I limited to using a password with a maximum of 16 characters?

    With the sensitivity of the information locked behind the User Name and Password, it seems a large oversight that users may only use a password that is 16 digits or shorter in length.

  19. color code contact

    Color code contacts - maybe even based on Status. It would be nice to know at a glance for Prospects where they are in our different workflows, especially with multiple people working on it.

  20. color code contacts

    Color code contacts based on their status or be able to choose a color. That way at a glance, you know what is going on with that contact based on a color.
