    Can the add beneficiary pull in an existing contact record so that we don't have to enter information if they are already in the system.

  2. default team

    Can a new note not default to the same team as the user if the user is only on one team? Why do I have to always pick a team if I am only on one team? At the minimum the team dropdown should only include the teams I am on.

  3. Moving team notice; rearrange "Today" page

    It would be great if we had the ability to customize and rearrange our "Today" page, ideally to be able to move Team Notices to the top so they are seen even above tasks.

  4. Calendly Integration

    I keep getting questions about having the Calendly function or other scheduling tool integrating with Redtail. Is this something Redtail is looking into?

  5. Please create a "real time" view of things done in Redtail that day, like a social media feed

    There is no way for me to know what my peers have done in Redtail that day, who they have spoken to, made notes on, started workflows for, etc.

    This was my favorite feature in Wealthbox - it gave me a real time view, like a social media feed, that showed what user entered notes, who they'd spoken to, what actions were required, what opportunities existed, when workflows were started or completed, and more.

    It was the BEST "at a glance" you could provide your users so we know, quickly upon opening the Redtail application, what has occurred throughout that…

  6. Puppies all the time?

    Is there any way you could put a puppy on the home page? You have such cuties.....and it would be nice to be able to click and see them throughout the day when life gets stressful! Some days I don't want to log in because I want to stare at the puppy all day. Just a thought! Thank you!

  7. Font size

    The ability to change the font size in the broadcast emails as the current, not bolded font, is too small for many of our clients. You should be able to change the font size the way you can in a word document.

  8. Seminar Canceling

    I would like to add "Canceled" the Seminar status list. Right now its just Active & Prior. I also want to complete the event/seminar from the calendar without deleting the seminar. For example, we have canceled the event/seminar from December 3rd but it is still one the calendar even though I have changed the status to prior.

  9. scheduling reoccurring activities

    There used to be more options for scheduling re-occurring activities! I have client who don't always want to meet every so many days/weeks/or months.... we like to select a certain day every April and November for instance. Can we have those options returned please???!!! When the changes were made it removed A LOT of activities off our calendar and clients are getting confused now.

    It would be helpful if we could change the default font, to a larger font, in the body of the activity.

  11. activity in use alert

    If 2 people are editing an activity at the same time it messes up what information is saved. There should be an alert like there is in word/excel such as "activity is locked for editing by user1, would you like to open a read only copy?"

  12. Activities - Updated Notification

    Some of our employees have expressed frustration with the inability to determine what was updated in an activity when they receive the updated activity notification. They suggested is there any way to add a highlight or some type of identifier that shows what was updated on the activity in the notification e-mail. That way it can be determined whether or not action is required without having to make additional clicks.

    Utilizing Grammarly.com within the system to help write emails to clients via RT. This program helps not just with spelling and grammar but with tone, clarity, engagement, delivery, ect. We have found it super useful but think integrating it automatically would be even better!

  15. Add Delegate Access for Broadcast Emails

    Add delegate access option for broadcast emails so an Assistant can send one out under his/her own login credentials on behalf of the Advisor and it shows coming from the Advisor's email!!! PLEASE.

  16. Name of family account holder, column for accounts page

    On accounts page, please include column for the owner of account. When including family accounts, all accounts are listed. It can be difficult to tell which family member is the primary/owner of the account when there are multiple family members and multiple accounts

  18. Link existing document to an activity or note.

    We can currently link a document from our computer to an activity or note and it gets uploaded to Documents on CRM. It would be great if we can link a document ALREADY in the CRM to an activity or note without duplicating it on the CRM.

  19. client reviews filtered by Advisor on Calendar

    Is there a way to show only Client Reviews that relate to a certain advisor(s)? Or if not, is this something we could request via a filter of sorts? Or, even another "Calendar"? My thoughts are as we add more Advisors to the team (especially satellite team members) we may only want to see certain Client Reviews that are Advisor specific.   20. Have a banner that notifies us user of know tech issue

    Have a banner that goes across the RT to notify user of know tech issues or great updates to avoid us calling in, hold times, and tying up support line.
