    It would also be awesome to block the JUNK e-mails, to de-clutter the main E-mail history. AND to block the RedTail notifications. And if the e-mails have a home they aren't in the E-mail history making it easier for the e-mails we don't have in our system easier to catch. But still be able to search E-mail history for all e-mails....(?)

    Expand Trigger Event options. Either let us add which ones we want like Membership, Keywords and UDFs or make almost everything an option. I would love if when a client passes, if the date gets populated, a workflow would be able to be automated. A status changes...etc.

    I would also like to see an option for how some of the items were sent. We have a word list keeping track of how the ADV was sent: e-mail, delivered at meeting, etc. AND then be able to run a report of these. So I can still have my "list".
