Delete unused activity types used by others on team
I work on a large team and everyone uses different activity types, so when I create an activity I have to look through a list of like 30 activity types instead of just the five that I specifically use. It would be great to be able to customize my preferred activity types by deleting things that aren't relevant to me.

There should be a way to set a filtered view of workflows to the default view for each user.

Need Outlook plug-in to manually track client related emails to their contact record when not sent to/from the client
Our old CRM system had an Outlook plug in where we could manually track a message (i.e. between advisors/staff) related to a client to the client's record. It'd be great to have that.

Assistive Access for Iphone Capability
Assistive Access is a mode for people who need assistance navigating the Iphone. You can add apps to the 'updated' view when this mode is enabled but Redtail CRM is not one of them. Speak is enabled to be added, but not the main app.
Is there a way to enable that to be added to the assistive access screen? No redesign or anything necessary, just the ability to add redtail to the Assistive Access Mode in Iphone would be incredibly useful for us! Thanks.

Hide/Unhide Users
We use a virtual assistant who has external access to our RT database. She has also added backup virtual assistants within her company to our account, who are external users for when she is out of the office. It would be great if there was a way to hide/unhide users without deactivating them, so they don't clutter up our usual users as we schedule activities and meetings.

Add the date a workflow is created
We use workflows daily, and itis challenging to determine the age of a workflow. It would help if the date the workflow was created were automatically noted in the Workflow section, so we can sort by date and address older workflows that need attention.

Improve on the Workflow interface when creating/editing a workflow
The interface is very clunky and confusing when creating or editing a workflow. The field description for the tasks is small, and it is challenging to organize the workflow on a higher level. Would like the tasks/steps to be one line with the ability to expand on each if needed, or expand/close all to see the higher level.

Disable birthday reminder and other contact reminders when termination date added
Would like the birthday reminder (and any other relevant contact reminders) be disabled once a termination date is entered.

When creating or editing a workflow template, there should be the ability to collapse all the tasks in the workflow with a click so that you see the STEPS ONLY. Then the option to unfold the STEP to see just the TASKS. And lastly unfold the TASKS to see details within that task. This way, when editing you can have a better bird's eye visual without all the details in the way to move things around accordingly. Currently we have to collapse the whole workflow one at a time.

Remove automatic consolidation of completed activity notes.
New update makes completed activities on the main client page consolidate. This creates a ton of re-work in having to go back to open each closed activity to review recently completed activities. Please make this a default that can be turned on or off.

Option to remove activity note consolidation
On the main client screen, completed activity notes all condense and have to be clicked to open to review. Please make this a preference so it can be turned off. This causes a ton of re-work in having to open each one to review recent closed activities.

The Today column
The Today column is now gray, it would be nice to be able to change the color. I use gray for something else so it blends in. Thank you!

adding Pins to webmail hosted email
Attach an option to pin emails to the top of the list of email in the inbox. Preferably in Outlook using Zimbra connector on webmail.redtailtechnology.com.

Automatically turning a Client Review into an Activity
I am currently automating a “Client Review” process for a financial client on a quarterly/annual basis. However, Redtail’s Client Reviews module does not allow for direct integration with the calendar — meaning you cannot turn a review reminder into a complete activity or associated notes.
My problem is:
When a Client Review is marked complete, the system does not automatically schedule the next review date or create an associated activity. So the question is: Does Redtail have a built-in integration, or is there a tutorial for:

Removing clutter and organizing notes vs. calling/scheduling notes
Having come from sales force and being used to that system I need help creating a separate section, other than notes, that strictly tracks calls made and notes related to the call. it becomes very cluttered to have all notes and communication on the main page for the client.

Add a Project feature to the left side menu so we can add projects that we're working on
Add a tab for Projects so teams can collaborate on specific projects they are working on.

Linking Contacts to Calendar
When entering an appointment in the calendar, allow us to add multiple linked contacts in that pop up rather than having to open up the entire meeting to add the spouse.

new contact record box identifying "assistant" for each household
In the Contact Details box. Currently there is a servicing advisor and writing advisor box to inform office of the lead advisor and the junior advisor. Most advisors in our office have several assistants and it would be great to be able to have a assigned "assistant" box where we could select which office assistant works with each household. SO it would be a dropdown of all our office assistants and we could select which of the 8 was on each contact/household.

primary email
When filling out the template to upload prospects en mass there should be a field to designate which email you would like marked as primary. Currently, we have to manually go through thousands of contacts after an upload and mark the primary emails. Systems like FMG suite only send to the primary email on a contact so it is important the correct email is selected.
