  3. Client Account Security - Verbal Passcode

    If a client wishes to have for us to request a verbal passcode when they call us, it would be handy to have an immediate notification or popup each time that client's profile or accounts are accessed.

    Please revert the unlinked accounts to including the FULL tax ID number. Sometimes we have accounts that start to feed without an account number issued (like for 401k clients) and now there is no good way to track down that owner. These changes are unnecessary.

  6. Workflow Step Due Date - Add date of creation

    Normally when workflows are created we have to select the due dates for the step based on "before target date", "on target date", or "after target date". Can we add an option for the due date to be "day of creation" or possibly choosing a time that is based on "after creation date.
    Because the target date option are causing so much confusion.

  7. Sorting tasks on the main page by overdue, today, and future

    Unless I go into the activity tab and filter to past due, or past due and today, etc. There is no easy way for me to see overdue tasks unless I manually keep pushing the due date.

  8. let's talk bubble for support chat

    It would be nice to be able to move the "Let's talk" bubble in the bottom right corner. Sometimes it hides information that I need to see.

  9. My Rep Chat takes up too much room.

    With the new updates in RT, the text messages that come thru from My Rep Chat into the notes section now take up so much room. It gives a new section for each response, even if someone just said thank you. It used to be where the text stayed in one whole section. Now you have to scroll down thru the notes section to get what you are actually looking for. It would be helpful if this appeared smaller or if there was another category all together for just My Rep Chat text messages. Thanks!

  11. Searching by client nickname

    When searching for a client by their nickname and last name (for example: Bob Jones, instead of Robert Jones), it does not pull up the client.

    When viewing a contact's completed activities it would be great to see not only the start date, but also a column for the date it was completed and what user completed the task.

  15. workflow Notes & Linked Notes

    We are currently onboarding into Redtail from Tamarac CRM and I'm trying to get our current processes to work within Redtail's workflows and it is a struggle. Our current tasks have a description box like Redtail's but then there is also a follow up notes box as well that can always be added to or edited until that task is completed. Here are the issues we've encountered and my suggestions:
    - With a non-workflow redtail task there is the linked notes section. Why is that not available within a workflow task? Could this be added?

  16. Notify A Specific User

    In a non-workflow task Redtail gives the option to notify a team, but you can't notify a specific user. We have a large Advice team, but a task notification likely only applies to their specific clients so we really need the option to just notify a single member of our office.

  17. Reassining workflow step vs individual activity

    Can we please add the feature so we can reassign the entire step in a workflow to another person vs having to reassigning each task in the step one by one

  18. Dynamic Client Name in Activities and Workflows

    Once an Activity or Workflow is assigned to a contact, it would be nice if the Client's Name could be appended to the Activity Subject or Workflow Step Name and Task Name. I envision fields such as the Client Name to have a "merge field" identifier that would be entered into the Activity or Workflow Template between identifiers such as quotes or brackets that would indicate to the system to fill in with the Linked Client info. Currently, we can have users manually enter this information, but there are obvious issues with that.

  20. Create account report, that pulls family and non primary accounts.

    Create an accounts report, that pulls family and non primary accounts. Data to include the specific contact for the account, the specific holdings for each account and the grand total that umbrellas the entirety of this information. This would include personal, accounts, family accounts, and non primary accounts. Also friendly for exports to excel as well as PDFs.
