keyword search
I saw that the dropdown of keywords in Advanced Searches was added per another user's request. I think this is great and helpful, but it has limited some other features that I used to use a lot.
I do miss when we used to be able to type in partial Keywords for searches. We use keywords very heavily and have prefixes that we use to categorize them. If I had the ability again to run searches for Contact Keyword - Keyword - Does Not Contain - RS, for example, I could quickly identify our clients who are not currently set…

activity report
The activity report filter options has a box to check to show only activities that do not have a linked contact. It would be helpful to also have box to check to only show activities with a linked contact.

Changes to UDFs push notifications to a user
I would like to see a feature that would allow a user to be notified when certain UDF fields are added or updated.

Add Activity Date colum to Contact Last Activity Report
When running the "Contact Last Activity Report" it only shows the activity completion date, adding a colum for the actual activity date would helpful, especially if you are late marking activities complete.

Default email to compliance team when a client note is created (compliance issue)
A default email is sent to the Compliance Team each time a Client Note is created for compliance purposes.

Please add a pop-up alert before saving an activity if there is no linked contact
There have been multiple times that we have created an activity from the calendar view and forgot to add a linked contact. Please add a pop-up notification to confirm saving if a linked contact has not been added.

Ability to move all pending and completed activities from one contact to another. I
Ability to move all pending and completed activities from one contact to another. I am changing a head of household and want all activities to be moved to this contact all at one time, not one at a time. With the completed activities, I have to uncomplete them and then change the contact and then complete again.

More Detailed Activities Report
In Activity Report I can generate a report that shows completed appointments by advisors YTD and in the last 12 month. However - I need to identify the advisor the appointment was assigned to as well as the Avisor of the client (sometimes they are different) and the client type - A+, A, B or C. If I send the results to search and custom import it I will lose the appointment information.

"Closing Next" Opportunity Not Showing 'Past Due'
For some reason at the top of the opportunity page an opportunity that isn't set to close until the end of November has been stuck as our "Closing Next" opportunity for the past few weeks. I'm not sure why that is, since this feature was working before and we have a lot of opportunities with close dates before November 2016.

Confidential Personal Profile PDF Naming Convention
I love your Confidential Personal Profile PDF. Is there any way that the default name for it could incorporate the client’s name instead of just “personalprofileform.pdf”? In other words, it would automatically produce a PDF named something like “John Doe Personal Profile”. Otherwise, I have to go through the trouble of renaming every Profile pdf I produce.

Allow Adding Members to Team During Setup
Currently, it is not intuitive to add members to a team. I think that the best user experience would be to allow team members to be added at the same time the new team is being created and in the same area where the team name/title is updated as opposed to a completely separate area.

Automation upon lead created
For web to lead creation, we would love to see an automation triggered upon lead creation. This would maybe allow us to automatically respond via email, or at least provide a timely, "hello" to those who find us on the web.

Improve language of email to team members to notify - drop 'assigned to'

It has been my experience that when I assign team members to notify regarding an activity, the email they receive says that it has been assigned to them.
This is misleading. It should say to whom it's been assigned AND who's been notified.
Currently we are using the 'attendees' function to assign to a person AND NO LONGER notifying team members.

Field to add annual contributions & RMDs info
If there was a field on the client contact page where we can keep an updated tab of annual contributions into IRAs (prior year contributions and current year contributions can get confusing with the custodian's record keeping) that would be really helpful. Same with RMDs. If there was a field where we can keep updating the RMD amounts taken and required, that would be really helpful. (RMDs taken from outside accounts need to be recorded some place other than the client notes section.
