forward email from email archive
We often have to follow up on clients that were contacted by someone else in the office. In this follow up email we include the original email that was sent. It would great to include a forward option on the email archive so we can open the email that was sent and follow up with the client to show that we have already tried to contact them.

Calendar appointment location field
It would be great, when adding an appointment in the calendar and the clients name is included in the appointment, when clicking on the "Location" data field, all addresses associated to the clients profile are listed in the dropdown to select for adding to location.

Customizable Contacts Home Page
Ability to customize contact page home screen so that we can see all contacts in a list with their primary number/address/last meeting date/ age/ etc. Salesforce has this ability and it greatly streamlines our workday.

activity
It would be great to be able to create a reoccurring task for a specific date and to have the task continue to rollover to the next day if the task is not completed. When the task is marked done, the task could then move to completed activities along with the completed date.

Your workflow tasks reordering glitch
When I pull up my workflow steps from the today page, every time I complete one task, the remaining will refresh in a different order. For example, if I knew I could complete three tasks in a row, I would love to be able to quickly click complete on those three. However, after completely task #1, the 2nd task might now be at the very bottom instead of next in line. It's causing our team to accidentally complete tasks they didn't do when they're trying to move along efficiently.

Completed Activities View
When viewing a contact's completed activities it would be great to see not only the start date, but also a column for the date it was completed and what user completed the task.

Last Note Report
Last Note Report - allow to filter notes (such as exclude broadcast email). This would enable users to review more useful data to gauge client touches.

Workflow Automation
Workflows to generate by the date that the activity is created, not the date of the actual activity. For example, if I create an activity today (04/08/24) that is scheduled on 04/22/24 then the workflow generates for a target date of today (04/08/24), not the 22nd.

search phone number with area code in parantheses
Many times when I miss a call or when a call comes in after hours I like to copy and paste the number into the search bar for clients - it would be nice if I could search with area code in parantheses like it shows when the call comes in.

Calendar DAY VIEW for multiple users
Please bring back the option to print a DAY CALENDAR for multiple users! The list view does not offer this and I manage scheduling and appointments for 8 people.

Objectives to be expanded to 5 levels as No BD or Custodian uses 4
Know your client section. The Objective field is antiquated it needs to be expanded to include 5 levels.

A search feature for activities

more than 30 days out
It would be great to see upcoming activities, that are further out than 30 days, on the client's main screen, instead of having to click on activities. It would give more of an "at a glace" feature, rather than digging deeper to find something. For example, it would be helpful to see upcoming appointments we’ve created an activity for that is more than 30 days out, without clicking on activities.

Updating Activities
When updating an activity, please have the e-mail that is sent identify what was changed on the original activity.

Have the ability to print the to-do list

Allow us to set rules so that activities on the calendar will change colors according to the value of the % Complete field
