Activity And Contact Editing
All details should be available to enter into activities and contacts before submitting. It is extremely tedious, having to go back and add details such as a client's ID, or that I want an activity to repeat, when I had the information ready when I was creating it.

Calendar should show Nicknames, not given names
Calendar entries should use the client's nickname if present, not their given name. Some clients don't ever use their given name and this can get confusing when you know someone by one name but the calendar shows shows a name we don't use in everyday contact.

Filter Opportunities by Type
We could utilize Opportunities more the way they are meant to be used if we could filter the Opportunities by "Type".

Agent Commission Split on Opportunities
We hardly use the Probabilities section, but since we have multiple agents in our office that typically receive splits on cases, it would be really helpful to notate agent commission splits in the Opportunities.

client reviews
Add workflow templates to the triggers for scheduling/completing client reviews. It would be great to include more actionable items instead of limiting it to activity types.

Filter Today page for Writing Advisor
I am the database admin and we have multiple advisors in my firm. I am also an advisor, and I'd like my Today page to be able to just show my own client information. Being able to switch which writing advisor is shown on the Today page would be great.

tag group report
Can we get a report that shows what tag groups a client is connected to? perhaps a custom email template that will list all the tags for a client in one place instead of having to run multiple reports based on a tag group search.

Additional Label Export Types for Seminars (NAME TAGS!)
It would be most helpful to have exports to an Avery name tag label so we can easily generate name tag sized labels for seminars. Please add Avery 5395 or similar as an option. Thanks!

Update Calendar initials
We are a small company, only 4 people. but we have two employees with the same First and Last initial which makes looking at the calendar incredibly confusing. Please at least make these customizable to the user so I can just be T or TGP or anything else except the SECOND TP.

New Activity Default Start Time
It's annoying when I'm entering an activity that I'm doing in the moment or after the fact and the start time is defaulted to a time in the future.
I would love the option in site preferences to set the default start time and end time to the current half hour, or previous. A lot of activities get entered after the fact you constantly have to change the time. For example, If it's 2:07pm when I create the activity, I'd like the time frame to default from 2:00 - 2:15, or 2:00 - 2:30 depending on Default Activity Duration.3 votes -
Advisor to receive e-mail when client texts RT Speak number
When RT requires a password change, it also requires a change on speak and then we stop getting notifications of texts. There's been many times when a client texted and I had no idea because I didn't have speak up on my computer and the notification to the phone didn't work.

Client review note instead of activity
I see how I can change settings to pick which types of activities can be used to auto sort the last client review. Can you give us the ability to use a note as the activity type where we can log this as the last review date.
Activity works when it is scheduled meeting, but sometimes the last client review occurs on an unprompted phone call and we added this as a note instead of as an activity.

Can Redtaillink the permissions to team to include the activities/notes?
Our Redtail is currently being used by 11 separate offices/teams. We have permissioned each of the contacts to their respectful offices/teams so only the teams have access to their contacts. Even though the teams can only see their contacts, they can still see everyone's activities/notes.
It would be nice if the permissions were linked to the activities as well so only the teams who enter the activities/notes/tasks can see them vs the whole company being able to see them. Everything (activities/notes/tasks/memberships) associated with the contact that is permissioned should be permissioned with the contact.

Filter by multiple team members in the Activity tab
Make it possible to filter for multiple team members in the activities tab rather than just "everyone" or only one person

Calendar & Users
When adding an activity for another user in calendar view, it would be great if the pop out drop down did not default to "me" rather the user(s) calendar that you are viewing.
This would be helpful when scheduling meetings for multiple users/advisors.3 votes -
Linking notes
when you go add a note the linked contact option should already have the contact that they share a family name with; or have it as a default setting you can choose

calendar layout
Being able to have different options on how you want the layout of your 'DAY' calendar. I'm dyslexic and it is just hard to feel organized because the lay out feels so jumbled together. It would be better if you could view your day in columns of advisors by their color- than rows of task by their color. This would be so helpful!!!!

CHANGE LIGHT BLUE FONT TO A DARKER COLLOR FOR EASIER VIEWING
The l8ght blue font is difficult to read under certain light in conditions in my office. I would like to see a darker font.

Puppies all the time?
Is there any way you could put a puppy on the home page? You have such cuties.....and it would be nice to be able to click and see them throughout the day when life gets stressful! Some days I don't want to log in because I want to stare at the puppy all day. Just a thought! Thank you!
