Link Notes Via Checkbox
It would be nice to link the activity notes using a check box rather than copy/pasting the description into the linked note box. Less typing and it auto links. Auto-updating the linked note would to the link activity would be great too.

Account Reports: "As of" date for account balances and positions
Please include "as of date" of the balance and positions in any of the account reports. The only place that happens is in the client's accounts positions screen but that is not printable. Thank you.

Opportunities Templates and Date of Creation Filter
I would like the ability to edit the opportunity template including stages and types. Not every opportunity needs to be limited to 9 stages, nor does there need to be 9 stages for all users of Redtail. Being able to customize what stages you have and why type of opportunity it is would be very beneficial across all users on Redtail.
Additionally, I would like the option to be able to filter opportunities by the date the opportunity was created. Either being from a specific month or a year or by the entirety.

It would be convenient to have a Tag Group filter available for Contact Reports.

talk to text feature
In the notes we would like a feature where we can talk to text into the notes so we do not have to type up notes each time. Also if you could integrate Windows Copilot into Redtail that would be nice.

Rep chat comments
Currently, the rep chat info goes into the notes section. When looking for notes, you have to scroll through and it's cumbersome at times because some clients text all the time. Is there a way to have another section for that or distinguish rep chat vs true notes??

date of linked document
I would like to see the date a document was added in the Linked Documents section. When I go back and need to look at a document, it would help to have the date it was added, so I know which doc is the latest.

Sorting of activities should follow consistent logic when an activity is changed
Currently, if I see multiple activities on the same date, whenever I complete, rollover, reschedule or delete an activity, all other activities for that date re-sort. There appears to be no regular logic to the sorting. When using this view in a meeting, the team is regularly frustrated that the list of activities continues changing every time an activity's status is changed.

Instead of listing "writing advisor and servicing advisor" allow those to be changed.. Lead advisor and associate advisor probably better
Servicing and writing advisor can be confusing. Allow us to change those. Lead advisor and associate advisor would be better.

one year anniversary
It would be great if there was the option to set an alert for a new client's one year anniversary with their advisor. Ideally, after the "Client SInce: " field, there could be a check box asking if we want a reminder of the anniversary, similar to how the 'enable dob reminder' functions.

We should be able to add new hires with email access automatically instead of the database owner having to call redtail to authorize
Each time there is a new user, the user should automatically have email history access instead of having the database owner having to call Redtail each time we hire someone.

Living Expense Field
A significant part of "Knowing Your Client" is knowing their monthly or annual living expenses. Please add that field either as a general input or as an itemized input. Thanks!

Add additional pages into an existing document.
We get monthly statements for our clients accounts. I would like to add them to the existing document of that account. I have to delete the document and rescan the entire thing every time I want to add to it.

Notify A Specific User
In a non-workflow task Redtail gives the option to notify a team, but you can't notify a specific user. We have a large Advice team, but a task notification likely only applies to their specific clients so we really need the option to just notify a single member of our office.

Redtail Cambridge Integration enhancement ideas
Currently, the Redtail-Cambridge CLIC integration is a simple contact send from Redtail to CLIC. Cambridge is exploring options for enhancing the integration, and is seeking feedback for integration features that mutual users would like to see implemented. Do you have any ideas about integration features that Cambridge could consider including in the enhancement work? Please add ideas in the comments below.

I dictate a lot of my notes into Redtail and then I must manually scan my written notes to "add attachment". Is there a way I can just take

Notes that you have been notified of show up under notifcations
We get emailed if we are notified of a note but there is no way to see a list in the website of the notes that we have been tagged in. I believe that under notes in the today section there should be a place to see all the notes that we have been tagged in. I think it would also be beneficial if they showed up under the bell icon. After all that is where notifcations are supposed to be in the website.
