manual
Please create and supply a printable company manual of how to use Retail. An all-in-one Manual. Where we can refer to it as the companies User manual with Our notes.

inserting notes
It would be so helpful if we can insert a note for the previous month.
Currently, If I come across something that should have been added previously to a client's profile - I write the date of the note first then the note itself. but this messes up the timeline, in case I need to search the item by date I have to scroll over all the notes to find the note needed.
Can this be added to redtail.

INTERNAL KNOWLEDGE BASE for advisor/staff Just Like the One for Redtail Employees (that is hidden)
In the same way that Redtail has an INTERNAL KNOWLEDGE BASE (like the one that the advisor does not see).
I would like to have the same feature for the advisor to have our own ADVISOR INTERNAL KNOWLEDGE BASE. It would be for our own internal office knowledge, such as the following categories.
ANNUITIES
CHARLES SCHWAB
INVESTMENT MANAGERS
LONG TERM CARE
MEDICARE
OFFICE POLICIES
OFFICE PROCEDURES
OFFICE EQUIPMENTand since you already have a box there for this purpose, it would just simply be another box for the advisor like the internal one for your employees. You have "bragging rights"…

Incoming email meeting requests are not automatically added to the Redtail sync calendar in Outlook. Publicize any workaround for this.
I would like my calendar to sync without any manual adjustments. Currently the Outlook desktop application adds meeting requests that are emailed to me to the DEFAULT OUTLOOK calendar. It would be nice to be able to change this default calendar or for the Retriever Cloud sync to sync with Outlook's default calendar instead of the "sync" calendar that Retriever Cloud creates s a separate Outlook calendar.

Call log integration into Activities or Notes
Integrate way to log calls from existing Contacts into Activities or Notes section. Prefer to keep it display separately from Notes to not clutter Contact's profile.

Reverse Mistakes made in Calendar
It's easy make a mistake when doing a bulk reschedule. I did and couldn't get the mistake reversed after calling in to redtail because it takes a long time, probably a week or so, to request a backup. This should be able to be done right away with a call. It's simply reversing the calendar to what it was an hour ago or a day ago

Checkbox within the Appointment Task for “Appointment Confirmed” & include By User
It would be nice if there was a checkbox within the Appointment Task for “Appointment Confirmed” & include By: and Date Confirmed.

A box in the Misc Information Tab specific for children and grandchildren and their birthdates
A box in the Misc Information tab specifically to keep information about children/grandchildren and their birthdays. That would be more helpful than their height and weight and smoking section.

Activity Location - allow for this to be a zoom link
It would be great if the "location" on an activity could be used to store a zoom link. This field appears to only hold text. OR please add an additional field for Activities that can store a Webex or Zoom link, so it doesn't need to be typed in the description.

default accounts tab with orion
When clicking on the account tab with the Orion integration can it be that we choose which account view we want - Orion or Redtail?

by default, Provinces in Canada automatically show up when contact Country is Canada as well as ID for Passport or DL
If contact record is Canadian, all fields related to contact should default to Canadian option. If an address is indicated as Canadian the default province option automatically show up. These same options should apply to Drivers license, passport and other KYC options We have a Social Insurance Number used as ID as opposed to social security or Tax ID. Our format is 9 digits with spaces every 3, similar to tax ID area.

Active workflow tasks assigned based on the role need to reassign those tasks when the person in the role changes.
When the person assigned to a role changes it is critical that the workflow tasks assigned to that role automatically update to the new person in that role. Right now we have to update all workflow tasks manually when the person in the role changes. Workflows could be so much more useful. Please make this a priority.

Search/Report for Memberships that are Unlinked to any Contact
I would like to be able to run a report of any memberships that are not linked to any contacts. We have so many that we just have to manually click on and check right now - I want to be able to remove memberships that are no longer linked to anyone.

Undo calendar item move or have movement history
Currently in week view or day view on the calendar, an activity/task/appointment/etc can be moved with the mouse without having to go in and manually edit the item, this can be very convenient BUT if it is accidentally moved there is no way to know what the original time was. It would be great to have an undo move function, or a way to track the history of the previous time/date of the item.

Speak Alert in CRM
Under the old speak when there were unread messages there was a notification of the number of unread speak messages in the CRM Speak icon (three dots). This no longer happens. You must have the speak window open to get a notification, which is not optimal. It takes me much longer to notice speak message notifications than before.
I would like to have speak notifications be made in the CRM window where they used to be, since the CRM is always open.
