  3. Add Systematic Withdrawals to Payment Info in Accounts that auto updates the Total Withdrawls

    We need an easy way to track cumulative account withdrawals- for both systematic and one-time amounts.

  5. Client Review should read 'Last Review' and should be 'Overdue' if not completed on time

    know your client, client review tab should read "last review" and if the next review is not completed on time, it should read "overdue"

  6. UPS and FEDEX

    It would be great if you added the ability to pull a contact address from redtail along with all the contact's information iand import into UPS and FEDEX to automatically create a shipment to the person or company.

  7. allow us to see the person and/or team members who were sent a notification in the note record.

    When Redtail sends a notification, it is not evident in the client's note record the persons or team members who were notified. I like to know that others mentioned in the note, who may have a task, were notified. The only place we see this is the address line of the Redtail Notification, which typically gets deleted once we've reviewed the note. Once that happens, there is no proof (that I can see) of who received the notification.

  8. Pull profile pictures from the new Social Media address links to use for a client's contact record profile picture.

    With the great new addition of social media addresses, it would be really cool to be able to automatically pull the social media profile picture over to the client's profile picture in RT.

  9. Unlinked accounts

    I am SO excited that you brought back feed details!!!! Thank you for that. NOW, we just need to be able to edit right from the unlinked account screen instead of just linking to an account. You are almost there!!!!!!

  10. Allow an image to be pasted into an email directly

    At this time graphs/charts in an email have to be presented as a URL or an attachment. Would be nice to be able to clip and paste the graphic directly into the email body.

  12. Custom Time Horizons

    Make the Time Horizon field under Strategic Allocation Model edit-able. Our broker/dealer requires a time frame instead of a general term like intermediate. For example, 0-3 years, 3-5 years, 5-10 years, 10+ years. Is it possible to change the available drop down selections there?

  13. Add Clients by Region Mapping/Reporting

    When setting review appointments it would be great to be able to see an area map with pin points of clients addresses in order to make the most of traveling to certain areas.

  14. eFile Cabinet

    eFile Cabinet offers a simple cost effective online data storage similar to RedTail Imaging. However, one key difference is eFile Cabinet Online allows for "private key encryption" so no one at the data storage facility can view client documents. I would love to see the best in class CRM (Redtail) integrate with this best in class for security online data storage service.

  15. Add Opportunity Notes to Linked Contacts

    I love that we can add notes to Opportunities, but it would be very nice to have the option to copy those notes to the linked contacts so we don't have to double enter them. A checkbox that says "copy note to linked contacts" would be fantastic!

  16. Account Report with ALL Fields and Notes/Activities associated with Account

    Please create a report that we can print (preferrably in pdf or word format) that includes ALL the fields we fill in on the individual account page in Redtail. Include the notes because we use this field to put in additional information pertinant to the investment or annuity etc. This report could be printed for client meetings without having to pull up Redtail in front of the client.

  18. Facebook - Contact Sync

    There is an iPhone program called SmartSync that grabs data from FB and adds things like pictures, birthdays, websites, and address. It would be amazing to be able to have RedTail sync with FB. Here is a link to the iPhone app. I'll also tweet something to your twitter account.

    Have someone download the app and try on their iPhone (and hopefully it is someone who uses iCloud and OS X) and sync their address book with FB. I think you will be really amazed and how well this program works. This is would be a giant value add to…

  19. Create a "Business Personal Profile Form" for Business Records

    Printing a personal profile report is great however I also need the capability of printing a profile report that is catered toward my 'business' contacts. Making sure the profile report has been created with 'business' information rather than a family's information.

  20. Add more Customize Fields under Departments

    It would be nice to add more customizing fields to departments than just having four. Name, contact, phone, email or web. Most of the departments I use have phone number, fax number, email, web, a user name and password to their websites. I am currently having the fax number on the right side under Contact card. The only way for me to know if it is the right department fax number is to hover that number until the department name appears. Its very eye straining when i have 12 work fax numbers i have to look at.
