  2. Completed Activities View

    When viewing a contact's completed activities it would be great to see not only the start date, but also a column for the date it was completed and what user completed the task.

  3. workflow Notes & Linked Notes

    We are currently onboarding into Redtail from Tamarac CRM and I'm trying to get our current processes to work within Redtail's workflows and it is a struggle. Our current tasks have a description box like Redtail's but then there is also a follow up notes box as well that can always be added to or edited until that task is completed. Here are the issues we've encountered and my suggestions:
    - With a non-workflow redtail task there is the linked notes section. Why is that not available within a workflow task? Could this be added?

  4. Notify A Specific User

    In a non-workflow task Redtail gives the option to notify a team, but you can't notify a specific user. We have a large Advice team, but a task notification likely only applies to their specific clients so we really need the option to just notify a single member of our office.

  5. Reassining workflow step vs individual activity

    Can we please add the feature so we can reassign the entire step in a workflow to another person vs having to reassigning each task in the step one by one

  6. Dynamic Client Name in Activities and Workflows

    Once an Activity or Workflow is assigned to a contact, it would be nice if the Client's Name could be appended to the Activity Subject or Workflow Step Name and Task Name. I envision fields such as the Client Name to have a "merge field" identifier that would be entered into the Activity or Workflow Template between identifiers such as quotes or brackets that would indicate to the system to fill in with the Linked Client info. Currently, we can have users manually enter this information, but there are obvious issues with that.

  8. Create account report, that pulls family and non primary accounts.

    Create an accounts report, that pulls family and non primary accounts. Data to include the specific contact for the account, the specific holdings for each account and the grand total that umbrellas the entirety of this information. This would include personal, accounts, family accounts, and non primary accounts. Also friendly for exports to excel as well as PDFs.

  9. Suggested Feature for Workflows

    It would be very useful to be able to add documents to a step in the Workflow process. This would assist our staff in knowing what questions to ask when opening a new account by having the document within the workflow task.

  10. Last Note Report

    Last Note Report - allow to filter notes (such as exclude broadcast email). This would enable users to review more useful data to gauge client touches.

  11. Clickable URL link in Activity Description

    We are allowed to insert an URL link in the activity description; however, when you try clicking the link - it does nothing.

    It would be nice to click the link that opens in a new tab window just like the add URL link in workflow does.

  12. Workflow Automation

    Workflows to generate by the date that the activity is created, not the date of the actual activity. For example, if I create an activity today (04/08/24) that is scheduled on 04/22/24 then the workflow generates for a target date of today (04/08/24), not the 22nd.

    When pulling the report to see notes not permission, it would be great if activities and workflow notes weren't apart of that report. For some reason not all activities show in the notes section of a client when completed. I can't seem to find how to permission workflow notes and they just stay on my report.

  14. Moveable Chat bubble

    It would be nice if the chat bubble that is in the bottom right corner of the CRM would be moveable to other areas on the screen or for it to completely disappear and be button on the top. When we go to the accounts screen, the chat bubble covers up the total account value when you scroll all the way to the bottom and you can't see the number.

  16. Move Support Chat Bubble to Sidebar

    The blue support chat bubble in the bottom right corner blocks view. Specifically, I can't quickly see when a user created an activity. It's great that the support chat bubble is on every page- so is the collapsible side bar on the left. Why not move the bubble to the sidebar so it is out of the way?

  17. Search in multiple databases

    I have access to 2 databases because our advisors are on 2 teams. Please make it so I can search (or better yet - have access to) both databases at the same time. With 5 advisors in the office, there are times when clients call in and are not sure of the advisors name, maybe because they are a beneficiary or POA, or maybe they have forgotten (not good with names) or are new clients, so if I look up the contact name and it is not in the current database, I have to switch databases to see if the…

    The database owner (and others in our office) hate the Red in the new look. Everything looks urgent/stressful now. You should choose a different color or have a feature to allow users to select their color scheme for text.

  19. Combine accounts with multiple funds

    The ability to combine multiple funds under one main account number. For example a 529 linked with LPL comes over as each individual fund position. Would be great to link all the funds under one main account number so there aren't so many funds listed individually in the accounts tab. Would make it more streamlined.
