Multiple Entries for Form CRS for documentation
Allow having multiple entries as a form crs needs to be sent multiple times, not just 1 time.

Client Review Reminder by Months
I would like to be able to set up review reminders with the repeat frequency option to select by a specific month or two months, rather than a repeat a time frame.
ie: October & December - repeating in October & December

Quick Filter for Search Bar
Have a toggle beside the Search Bar that you can filter for Active Clients only. More often than not, I am searching for an Active Client and my search list is cluttered with deceased clients, inactive clients, and/or prospects.

link activity template automatically with note template
When using a Note template, we can select Create Follow-Up Activity so it will automatically initiate a new activity, but if we could predetermine the activity template that would be best.
For instance selecting a note template for RegBI Conversation - it would be great to allow me to open the RegBI Tracking Activity we have set up in the tracker.

fmg suite email
Please add the feature to archive the emails that are sent out through Marketing Central like they used to in C2C through FMG Suite before the changeover.

Personal Profile
Include "Memberships" in the report so we can see the names of adult children and other family members. Or consider including a few customization options in the personal profile form, memberships being one option.

Family names
It would help improve efficiency to be able to tag a family name in an activity, note, or opportunity. Currently you must tag each individual involved. For example John Doe has to be tagged and so would Jane Doe. If we were able to select "Doe, John & Jane" from a family name category information could post on both client cards and save time in searching for the spouses name.

email notification
Notifications received via email provide a summary but no way to click a link in the email and go directly to the Note/Task/Contact record. It would save lots of time if you can hyperlink the Note/Task/Contact record. Currently you would have to view the email notification, log into Redtail, click around to search the contact/task before you can see the details or make any edits

Documents CRM
Have the capability of linking a document or file to an activity from within the CRM Document storage, it only gives the option of selection documents from outside of Redtail.

Add 2 contacts to calendar event
It would be great to be able to add multiple contacts to a calendar event when you're creating it in the calendar.
I know you can add another after the fact, but that takes longer.

Can you add permission/privacy options on the pop for activity? Same way we have it on the pop up for new note?

Have the ability to attach an email to another contact besides the contact that the email is sent to.
If I send an email to a company in reference to a client, the email is archived under the company. I need the ability to manually attach the email to the client also, so that the email will show up under the client. What I have to do now is create an activity, link it to both the company and the client, and copy the email to the activity - so it will show up in the notes of both the company and the client.

Create Ability to Customize ID Types in Indentifications
It would be beneficial to our firm if we had the ability to create and customize the various ID types found in a client profile by going to Know Your Client>>Misc.>>Identification. Some of our clients have ID's that do not fit the default options provided. The ability to create our own options would make our information more accurate and clean.

On the automation Templates would like to see the Category added. So that an activity will be automatically generated from type of category
Automate by category- Can we put in an automatic activity that will auto generate on a clients account by what category they are in? Like AAA , AA, A, B, C or Deceased. So once a clients category is changed it should automatically set up the auto activities for that client. Also when we change client category to closed/deceased could an automatic activity generate to close all activities on client?

Combined Email History and Note Report for Household
We would like to be able to export a report that shows all notes and email history for a household. That way when an advisor is ready to go into a meeting he could glance at a report that shows all client communication for the last year (all notes and emails for the household). Right now this is 4 separate reports - notes for both spouses and email history for both spouses.

Form CRS Tracking at the Contact Level instead of Account Level
I looked over and read your release notes about the tracking of Form CRS in Retail and I think that it is in the wrong place. We were under the impression that the form has to be given at the time of the recommendation whether the contact works with us or not. Only being able to track the form under an account does not capture the full scope of what is needed. I would suggest putting this in the Misc Info tab or making a new tab only for Reg BI. We would still need to be able to export…
