Add a "Projects" tab
Similar to Workflows, where certain processes follow the same general flow, Projects would be an Activity that's unique like "Find new office space" or "Develop compliance procedures" for examples, where you can build a timeline and add updates or changes along the way, integrating between the calendar, any contacts, etc.

Lock the tag groups so no one can delete tag groups on the shared database.
I lost 500 contacts over 4 months of individually placing these people into tag groups just because one person deleted the tag group in my office.

UDF
It would be great if we could do advanced searches by specific UDFs and then create a quick list from that search. This would be so beneficial to our firm.

My small company needs a method to post an activity that needs to get done without a specific completion date but with reminders
Some activities don't have an exact due date, but will get done as soon as possible. Therefore, I don't want to have to put in an end date and yet I want reminders that it is a pending activity.

Advanced Search option needed to show entries permissioned to whom
Our office needs on the Admin level, a way to filter system wide /Advanced Search to see all the permissioned to each advisor. Currently I cannot pull a report or filter just permissions, just the listed Advisor which may not be correct.

Create a client report that will allow you to filter/export the client name and email addresses in an Excel document.
Simply have a report that allows one to Export an Excel Document with the Client Name and Email Address and/or contact details. i.e. phone address.

Have seminars section be able to convert to the calendar.
When adding a seminar event, I should be able to put that seminar onto the calendar with a click of a button. Instead, I manually put the seminar into the Calendar.

Fidelity integration
Under integration partners, I don't want to see Fidelity automatically turned on. We have never used Fidelity and when I turn it off, it automatically turns back on. I view this as a regulatory issue for non-Fidelity partners because the feature stays on. I'm not commenting about the integration's usefulness for Fidelity partners only that it doesn't belong "on" in my database.

Zip Code Formatting
You have made changes to your zip code formatting which cause errors for international clients. Your format is xxxxx-xxxx. This converts a non-US zip code into 00012-3456 which is incorrect for mail merges, documents, etc. Your zip codes should be formatted based upon client's country of residency.

Activity notes in app
While the mobile app has improved significantly, there is still much work to do for "on the road" functionality. One specific area of recommendation would be that we could review, AND add new, notes to the activity while viewing the activity.

I came over from ACT Contact system and I was able to search an individual by t
it is fairly frustrating not to be able to pull up an individual by company name. The only way around it is to add company again as a tag. Many, many times you can remember the company name but not employee name. Adding it again as a tag is double work. Is there a reason why it won't allow you to pull up name or family when you search for it?

Deceased client removed from all client look up reports and labels
Remove deceased clients from All Client reports for the purpose of mailings.

Add a dropdown of accounts for activities just like it is in notes

accounts charts in numerical order
We were wondering if we could have an option to have accounts listed by value in the account and not numerical order of the account number. When looking through accounts it would, at times, be easier to sort them with what is missing on a report if they were listed with largest account value down to smallest. thanks.

Choose from a list a emails to send from when broadcasting.
I'd like the ability to choose from a dropdown menu of my emails and select which one I want to use to send the email from. Because we have multiple companies with unique compliance requirements, I need to keep the emails separate and I want to always source from Redtail to keep my emails archived in the notes.
